Ինչո՞ւ է Սյունիքը հայտնվել բազմաբևեռ աշխարհաքաղաքական խաղի կենտրոնում․ Արտակ Զաքարյան Ադրբեջանցին Շաքիում երեք երեխաների ներկայությամբ է կրակել կնոջ վրա Շաքիում ադրբեջանցու կրակոցից վիրավորում ստացած կնոջ կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում Ադրբեջանցին հատել է ՀՀ սահմանը, կրակել քաղաքացու ոտքին, ձերբակալվել.
