«Սուպեր մամա» ֆիլմի լավը կամ վատը լինելու մասին կարծիք է հայտնում մի մարդ, ով նույն պահին շեշտում է ֆիլմերը օրենսդրորեն կարգավորելու և ցենզուրանման ինչ որ մարմին ստեղծելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Մարդը պնդում է, որ 15 րոպե ավելի չի կարողացել դիտել ֆիլմը ու անհրաժեշտություն է տեսնում օրենսդրորեն կարգավորել ֆիլմարտադրությունը: Ոչի՞նչ, որ երեք միլիոնից ավելի մարդ դիտել է այդ ֆիլմը և Միքայելի մառազմատիկ օրենքների կարիքը չի զգացել:

Ու ընդհանրապես, չհամարձակվեք փորձել գրաքննություն պարտադրել, ու թարգեք էդ ինքնախաբեությունը, որ դուք կամ ձեր նմանները կարող են ճաշակ թելադրել կամ արգելել այս կամ այն ֆիլմը: Ձեր սովետիզմով գնացեք Մոսկվաներում դիվիդենտներ շահեք: Ու լուրջ դեմք ընդունած մի հրճվեք սեփական պրոֆեսիոնալիզմով: Նկարեք լավ գործեր, սահմանեք նոր նշաձողեր՝ դա կլինի որակի բարձրացման երաշխիք, մինչդեռ կինոարվեստը վերահսկելու համար օրենք երկնողները ինքնասիրահարված նոմենկլատուրային «բիձեք» են, ովքեր իրենց սպառելով ֆիլմարտադրության մեջ՝ դայակ-դայակ են խաղում...
