Հայաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը եւ Սերգեյ Լավրովը ապրիլի 8-ին Մոսկվայում սկսված բանակցությունների ընթացքում քննարկելու են երկու պետությունների ղեկավարների միջեւ ավելի վաղ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման ընթացքը, տեղեկացնում Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Ուրախ ենք հերթական հանդիպումն անցկացնելու հնարավորության համար,-ասել Է Լավրովը՝ բացելով Հայաստանի իր պաշտոնակցի հետ հանդիպումը:-Մեր միջեւ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարների կանոնավոր փոխադարձ այցերի ավանդույթ Է հաստատվել: Մենք ունենք ընդգրկուն օրակարգ, որը վերաբերում Է երկկողմ հարաբերություններին, եվրասիական ինտեգրացմանը, դաշնակցային հարաբերություններին ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջանակներում, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, այդ թվում՝ ՄԱԿ-ի եւ ԵԱՀԿ-ի հարթակներում»:

Լավրովը հավելել Է, որ ակնկալում Է արդյունավետ խոսակցություն՝ ուղղված Հայ աստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի նախագահների միջեւ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրագործմանը:Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն իր հերթին նշել Է, որ այսօրվա հանդիպումը լավ հնարավորություն Է՝ քննարկելու լայն շրջանակի հարցեր:

«Խոսքը թե տնտեսական համագործակցության, թե խորհրդարանական չափման մասին Է,-ասել Է նա:-Հաջող փոխգործակցություն Է ընթանում պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների միջեւ, շարունակվում Է ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունը»: 

«Մենք կօգտվենք այս առիթից՝ կարծիքներ փոխանակելու տարածաշրջանային հարցերի շուրջ եւ, իհարկե, քննարկելու ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացը»,-հավելել Է նա:

Նալբանդյանն ընդգծել Է, որ կողմերը կքննարկեն հայոց ցեղասպանության տարելիցի կապակցությամբ ՌԴ-ի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի՝ Հայաստան հնարավոր այցի նախապատրաստումը:

«Այսօր մենք հնարավորություն ունենք հանգամանորեն քննարկելու երկկողմ հարաբերությունների օրակարգը: Մենք շուտով մեզ մոտ սպասում ենք ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին՝ մասնակցելու հայերի ցեղասպանության տարելիցի միջոցառումներին, այդ կապակցությամբ քննարկվելու են կազմակերպչական հարցեր»,-ասել Է ՀՀ արտգործնախարարը եւ հավելել, որ պետությունների ղեկավարները կհանդիպեն նաեւ մայիսին Մոսկվայում Հաղթանակի 70-ամյակի տոնակատարության միջոցառումների ժամանակ:
