Սիրիայի Արաբական Հանրապետության և ընդդիմության պատվիրակությունների միջև վերսկսվել է միջսիրիական բանակցություների երկրորդ փուլը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է սիրիական ՍԱՆԱ գործակալությունը, հունվարին կայացած երկու հանդիպումներից հետո այսօր տեղի է ունեցել կողմերի միջև առ աջին հանդիպումը:

Սիրիայի պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչ Բաշար ալ Ջաաֆարին նշել է, որ ճգնաժամի սկզբից չորս տարի անց բոլորին պարզ է դարձել, թե ինչ է կատարվում Սիրիայում, ինչպիսի հանցագործություններ են իրականացնում ահաբեկիչները, ինչպիսի վնասներ են կրում երկրի քաղաքական, տնտեսական, հասարակական, մշակութային ոլորտները:

Նա ընդգծել է, որ Մոսկվայում հանդիպման գլխավոր նպատակն է բավարարել սիրիական ազգի շահերը և դադարեցնել ազգի տառապանքները: «Սիրիայի կառավարությունը հնարավոր ամեն ինչ կանի հաղթելու ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում և վերականգնելու անվտանգությունն ու կայունությունը երկրում»,- շեշտել է սիրիական պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչը:

Ջաաֆարին հավելել է, որ միջսիրիական երկխոսությունը միակ ուղին է երկրում կայունություն հաստատելու համար՝ պահպանելով ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունն առանց օտար միջամտության:

Նա շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Ռուսաստանին՝ մշտական օգնության և նման նախաձեռության համար:

Անդրադառնալով բանակցություններին՝ Բաշար ալ Ջաաֆարին նշել է, որ Սիրիայի կառավարությունն ընդդիմությունից ակնկալում է հստակ պատասխանատու դիրքորոշում միջսիրիական բանակցություններ իրականացնելու համար:

Մոսկվայում սիրիական կառավարության և ընդդիմության պատվիրակությունների միջև հանդիպումներն ընթացել է հունվարի 26-ից 29-ը: Հանդիպումների ընթացքում սիրիական կառավարական և ընդդիմադիր պատվիրակությունները համաձայության են եկել մի շարք հարցերի շուրջ, որոնք ստացել են «մոսկովյան սկզբունքներ» անվանումը: Սկզբունքների մեջ առաջնային էր Սիրիայի ինքնիշխանության, անկախության և տարածքային ամբողջականության պահպանումը, ինչպես նաև ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի հարցը:
