ԵԽ-ում Ադրբեջանի գծով համազեկուցողը փորձում է մեղմացնել «քաղբանտարկյալ» եզրույթը

Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի Խորհրդարանական Վեհաժողովի Ադրբեջանի գծով համազեկուցող Պեդրո Ագրամունտը «չնախատեսված հանգամանքների» պատճառով հետաձգել է ապրիլի 8-9-ին Բաքու ծրագրած այցը, ինչի մասին ԵԽԽՎ-ն հայտնել էր Twitter-ի իր պաշտոնական էջում:

Ադրբեջանական faktxeber.com-ին հայտնի է դարձել Ագրամունտի` Բաքու չայցելելու իրական պատճառը:

Կայքը հայտնում է, որ թեեւ նշվել էր, թե Արգամունտը չի կարողացել Բաքու այցելել «առողջական խնդիրների» պատճառով, սակայն, իրականում, նա փորձում է Ադրբեջանի մասին իր պատրաստելիք զեկույցում «քաղբանտարկյալ» եզրույթը փոխել «քրեական գործերում քաղաքական դրդապատճառներ ենթադրվող բանտարկյալներ» արտահայտությամբ:

«Ագրամունտը Ադրբեջանի հետ կապված զեկույցը պետք է ներկայացնի ԵԽԽՎ-ի հունիսի վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում անցկացվելիք ամառային նստաշրջանում: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, նա Ադրբեջան կժամանի մինչ այդ նիստը», -ըստ կայքի` «Ենի Մուսավաթ»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնել է Ադրբեջանի մարդու իրավունքների գծով մոնիտորինգային խմբի անդամ Սաիդա Գոջամանլըն:

Պ. Ագրամունտի Բաքու այցի նպատակը հանդիսանում էր ԵԽԽՎ իրավական հարցերով եւ մարդու իրավունքների գծով կոմիտեի համար Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության թեմայով` «Եվրոպայի Խորհրդում Ադրբեջանի նախագահությունը. ինչպիսի միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվել մարդու իրավունքները հարգելու համար» զեկույցի կազմումը:

ԵԽԽՎ-ն այդ զեկույցի կազմումը Ագրամունտին հանձնարարել էր դեռեւս 2014 թվականի հունիսին քաղբանտարկյալների խնդիրների գծով տեղական ակտվիստների բազմաթիվ դիմումներից հետո: Դա համընկել էր ԵԽ-ի Նախարարների խորհրդում Ադրբեջանի նախագահության ժամանակաշրջանի հետ:

ԵԽԽՎ-ում Ադրբեջանի նախագահության ժամանակաշրջանում մարդու իրավունքների իրավիճակն այդ երկրում ոչ միայն չէր բարելավվել, այլեւ վատթարացել էր. ձերբակալվել էին քաղբանտարկյալների խնդիրների մասին ԵԽ-ին տեղեկացրած իրավապաշտպանները:

Ագրամունտը երկար ժամանակ լռել էր եւ ոչ մի անգամ չէր այցելել Ադրբեջան: Միայն անցյալ մարտին ԵԽԽՎ մոնիտորինգային կոմիտեի մյուս համազեկուցող, իր լեհ գործընկեր Տադեուշ Իվինսկիի հետ նա կարճ ժամանակով այցելել էր Ադրբեջան: Ընդ որում, երկու զեկուցողներն էլ Բաքվում խուսափել էին հրապարակային հայտարարություններից եւ մամուլի ասուլիս չէին անցկացրել:
