«Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, կառավարությունում լուրջ անհանգստացած են. գյուղմթերք, հիմնականում խաղող մթերող ընկերություններն արդեն իսկ հայտարարել են, որ այս տարի հրաժարվելու են մթերումներից, և հորդորել են կառավարությանը՝ իրենց վրա հույս չդնել, քանզի կոնյակ, գինի արտադրող-արտահանողների ֆինանսական վիճակն ահավոր է, և վերջիններս անկարող են մթերումների դիմաց վճարել: Ռուսաստանում ապրանքը վաճառում են ռուսական ռուբլով, իսկ մթերումների համար իրենք վարկեր են վերցնում և վարկերը փակում դոլարով, ինչի արդյունքում ամբողջովին «զրոյանում» են:

Մթերումների հետ կապված խնդրի առնչությամբ գյուղացիները նույնպես լուրջ անհանգստություններ ունեն: Գործարարները պահանջում են կառավարությունից կամ անտոկոս վարկերի հնարավորություն, կամ էլ թող կառավարությունը համոզի գյուղացիներին, որ մթերումների գումարները մեկ տարվա մեջ պետք է փակվեն: Ի դեպ, ինչպես տեղեկացրին մեզ հետ զրուցող գործարարները, կոնյակի գործարան ունեցող Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն այս «կարգի» խնդիրներ չունի, բանն այն է, որ հորն ու որդուն պատկանող ընկերությունը գյուղացիներից խաղող չի մթերում ընդհանրապես. «Իրենք ունեն մոտ 300 հեկտար խաղողի այգի ու «սամ սեբե ռեժիսոր» են»»,–գրում է թերթը։
