Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության մեջ մտնող երկրները 2014 թվականին ավելի քան 500 մլն դոլար են տնտեսել զենքի եւ տեխնիկայի արտոնյալ գնման հաշվին: Այդ մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտնել Է ՀԱՊԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան:

«2014 թվականի վերաբերյալ… ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ պետությունների կողմից տեխնիկայի արտոնյալ գնումներից արդյունքը, այսինքն՝ տնտեսումը, կազմել Է ավելի քան 500 մլն դոլար»,-ասել Է գործակալության զրուցակիցը:

Ընդսմին ՀԱՊԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարն ընդգծել Է, որ կազմակերպության անդամները սպառազինություն են գնում ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանից: «ՀԱՊԿ-ի երկրներն իրավունք ունեն զենք գնել նաեւ այլ մատակարարներից: Հատկապես դա վերաբերում Է զինված ուժերի եւ ուժային մյուս գերատեսչությունների գործունեության հատուկ ուղղություններին: Գլխավոր պահանջն այն Է, որ գնվող զենքը օպերատիվորեն համատեղելի լինի արդեն եղածի հետ»,-ասել Է նա:

Բորդյուժան նաեւ հայտնել Է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ պետությունները կմասնակցեն պաշտպանական արդյունաբերության համալիրում ներմուծման փոխարինման ռուսական ծրագրին:

«Ղազախստանում, Բելառուսում, Տաջիկստանում, Ղրղզստանում եւ Հայաստանում կան գործարաններ, որտեղ կարելի Է համալրող մասերի արտադրություն ծավալել մեր պաշտպանական արդյունաբերության համալիրի համար: Մենք կուսումնասիրենք ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ պետությունների ներուժը, որպեսզի նրանց արդյունաբերական հնարավորություններն օգտագործենք այն զինատեսակների կամ համալրող մասերի արտադրության համար, որոնք ավելի վաղ արտադրվում Էին Ուկրաինայում կամ գնվում Էին արտասահմանում, Արեւմուտքում»,-նշել Է Բորդյուժան:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ում կվերլուծվեն, թե ինչ գործարաններ են պահպանվել, ինչ տեխնոլոգիական գծեր կան: «Հետո կհամադրենք կոնկրետ երկրի հնարավորությունները եւ Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանական արդյունաբերության համալիրի պահանջմունքները, կգտնենք ի շահ Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանական արդյունաբերության պատվերների զետեղման կամ արտադրության կազմակերպման հնարավորությունը: Այդ աշխատանքն այսօր կատարվում Է ՀԱՊԿ-ի համակարգում»,-հայտնել Է կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարը:

Նա նաեւ նշել Է, որ Չինաստանը, Իրանը եւ մի շարք այլ երկրներ հետաքրքրություն են ցուցաբերում ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ համագործակցության հարցում: «ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ համագործակցության նկատմամբ հետաքրքրություն կա: Բայց ավելի լուրջ գործակցության մասին որոշումը նրանք իրենց պետք Է ընդունեն»,-ընդգծել Է նա, հավելելով, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն «պատրաստ Է քննարկել ցանկացած երկրի հայտ՝ լինի դա Պակիստանը, Իրանը, Չինաստանը, Ադրբեջանը, Վրաստանը», թե այլ երկիր:

Ներկայում 1992 թվականին ստեղծված ՀԱՊԿ-ին անդամակցում Է վեց երկիր՝ Ռուսաստանը, Հայաստանը, Բելառուսը, Ղազախստանը, Տաջիկստանը եւ Ղրղզստանը:
