Վերջին շրջանում ոչ առողջ եւ ոչ ադեկվատ հայտարարություններով եւ քայլերով աչքի ընկնող ցեղասպան պետությունը` Թուրքիան, բոլորի ուշադրության կենտրոնում է: Վերջինիս պահվածքը քաղաքական դաշտում պայմանավորված է նրա կողմից որդեգրած նոր քաղաքականությամբ:  

Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Խոսրով Հարությունյանը նշեց. «Թուրքիան ինչ-որ մի պահից դադարեց եվրոպական ուղղությամբ շարժվել, որովհետեւ նա որդեգրեց որակապես նոր քաղաքականություն, այն է` նեոօսմանյան քաղաքականությունը, որի իմաստը հետեւյալն է` տվյալ պետությունն այլեւս չի ցանկանում, որ իրեն դիտեն որպես ռեգիոնալ պետություն. նա գլոբալ աշխարհաքաղաքական խաղացող է, նա պահանջում է դուրս գալ նոր ուղեծիր միջազգային քաղաքականության մեջ: Նկատեմ, որ այդպիսի ուղեծիր դուրս գալու համար համագործակցությունը Եվրամիության հետ համատեղելի չէ, հետեւաբար Թուրքիայի եվրոպական վեկտորը կասեցվեց ոչ թե այն պատճառով, որ թուրքերը հանկարծակի որոշեցին այլեւս եվրոպական պետություն չդառնալ, այլ, ինչպես արդեն նշեցի, պատճառը նրանց նոր քաղաքականությունն է: Նրանք բացառապես հետամուտ են լինում մեկ խնդրի` վերածվել միջազգային ազդեցիկ ակտորներից մեկի, բայց ոչ ռեգիոնալ, այլ գլոբալ, իսկ այդ ամենն այլեւս համատեղելի չէր Եվրամիության բանակցությունների հետ»:

Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք Թուրքիայի այս քայլը նշանակում է, որ նա հրաժարվեց իր հանրային կյանքի ժողովրդավարացման ապագայից, պատգամավորը պատասխանեց. «Չեմ կարող ասել, որովհետեւ միջազգային դերակատարում ունենալու համար ժողովրդավարացման գործընթացները երկրի կյանքում էական նշանակություն կարող են ունենալ: Փաստը մնում է փաստ, որ Թուրքիան այլեւս չի ցանկանում, որ իրեն դիտեն որպես տարածաշրջանային խաղացող: Նա կոշտացրեց իր դիրքորոշումը, որպեսզի իր խաղի կանոնները թելադրի միջազգային հանրությանը»:

Իսկ թե կընդունի՞ միջազգային հանրությունը Թուրքիայի կողմից թելադրվող խաղի կանոնները եւ արդյո՞ք հաշվի կնստի դրանց հետ, Խոսրով Հարությունյանը նկատեց.

«Թուրքիան այն պետությունն է, որին խաղատախտակից դուրս հանելն այդքան էլ հեշտ չէ: Միջազգային հանրությունը հաշվի կնստի Թուրքիայի հետ, թե` ոչ, չեմ կարող ասել, ժամանակը ցույց կտա»:
