Ապրիլի 16-ին Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ընդունեց Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի անդամներ Մարտին Պետցոլդին և Տանկրեդ Շիպանսկուն:

Նախարար Նալբանդյանը ողջունեց Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի՝ հայկական ծագումով պատգամավոր Մարտին Պետցոլդի և նրա գործընկեր Տանկրեդ Շիպանսկու այցելությունը Հայաստան՝ ընգծելով, որ հայ-գերմանական բարձր մակարդակի հարաբերություններում կարևոր դերակատարում ունի միջխորհրդանական ակտիվ համագործակցությունը։

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ Մարտին Պետցոլդը նշեց, որ իր համար խորհրդանշական է Բունդեսթագի պատգամավորի կարգավիճակում այցելել Հայաստան և նպաստել հայ-գերմանական հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը։

Հանդիպմանը մտքեր փոխանակվեցին Հայաստան - Եվրոպական միություն համագործակցության շուրջ։

Նախարար Նալբանդյանը հյուրերին ներկայացրեց Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի շրջանակներում Հայաստանում և ամբողջ աշխարհում անցկացվող միջոցառումները:

Պատգամավորները տեղեկացրին, որ ապրիլի 24-ին Բունդեսթագում հատուկ նիստ է հրավիրվելու՝ նվիրված Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին։

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ արվեց միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային մի շարք խնդիրների: Մտքեր փոխանակվեցին ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի, Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ բանակցություններում ձեռք բերված առաջընթացի, և դրա արդյունքում տարածաշրջանում ակնկալվող զարգացումների շուրջ։
