Գնդապետ Սամվել Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքի մեջ տեղ գտած վրիպակները սոցցանցերում
քննարկվող թեմաներից մեկն է։ Իհարկե ամենահեշտ տարբերակը միշտ էլ մակերեսային քննարկումներն են, սակայն քանի որ իմ հայացքը ներսից է կբացեմ մի քանի փակագծեր։

Կարծում եմ անլուրջ է ենթադրել, որ երկու ԲՈւՀ ավարտած և սեփական գիտելիքներով ու փորձով ուղի անցած գնդապետը առ այսօր տեղյակ չէր ժամային գոտիներից։

Օբյեկտիվ պատճառն այն է, որ ՀՀ բոլոր ուժայինները և այս դեպքում մասնավորապես ոստիկանությունը վերջին ամիսներին,կապված ցեղասպանության հարյուրամյակի միջոցառումների հետ, աշխատում են ուժերի գերլարումով։ Ոստիկանության դեպքում գերծանրաբեռնվածությունն այն աստիճան էր, որ հետաձգվեցին ապրիլի 16-ին ոստիկանի մասնագիտական տոնի կապակցությամբ նախատեսվող միջոցառումները։ Ժամանակ չկա որևէ բան նշելու, բոլոր ոստիկանները ուժեղացված ռեժիմով ներգրավված են տարբեր
ծառայություններում։
