Կառավարությունը որոշել է հավանություն տալ Չինաստանի զբոսաշրջիկների՝ դեպի Հայաստան խմբային ճանապարհորդության արդյունավետ կազմակերպումն ապահովելու մասին որոշման նախագծին:

Բանից պարզվում է, որ Չինաստանից զբոսաշրջային խմբերով ուղևորություններ դեպի այլ երկրներ հնարավոր է իրականացնել, եթե ՉԺՀ կառավարությունը տվյալ երկրին տվել է հատուկ կարգավիճակ: Իսկ այդպիսի կարգավիճակ Հայաստանին արդեն տրվել է, ինչը նշանակում է, որ մեր երկրի համապատասխան գերատեսչությունները պետք է ոչ միայն ակտիվացնեն հայ-չինական համագործակցությունը, այլև պայմաններ ստեղծեն չին զբոսաշրջիկների խմբային ճանապարհորդությունները արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու համար:

Փոխըմբռնման հուշագրով նախատեսվում են զբոսաշրջային գործակալությունների ստեղծման, իրավունքների պաշտպանության, վիզաների տրամադրման, տեղեկատվության փոխանակման և բազմաթիվ այլ ընթացակարգեր:

Անշուշտ, զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքը Հայաստան մուլտիպլիկացիոն էֆեկտով կարող է խթանել ոչ միայն սպասարկման ծառայությունների, այլև տնտեսության մի շարք ճյուղերի, այդ թվում՝ փոքր ու միջին ձեռնարկատիրությունների աշխատանքը: Փոխադարձ շփումներն ու այցելությունները մեր ձեռնարկատերերի համար կարող են նոր շուկաներ բացել:
Հայաստանի կառավարության քայլերն էլ կարծես թե միտված են Չինաստանի հետ առևտրա-տնտեսական կապերի ստեղծմանն ու ամրապնդմանը՝ Մետաքսի ճանապարհ, Հյուսիս-Հարավ ավտոմայրուղի, Հայաստան-Իրան երկաթուղագիծ, Պեկին-Երևան օդային կապի տեսլական և այլն:

Գուցե թե նաև այս ամենի մեջ են թաքնված կառավարության՝ ապագային միտված լավատեսական կանխատեսումները: Հայրենի գործարար աշխարհն էլ իր հերթին պետք է պատրաստ լինի հայ-չինական ծրագրերի իրականացմանը, պատճառաբանությունների փոխարեն ընտրի արգելքները հաղթահարելու և խելամիտ լուծումներ առաջարկելու ճանապարհը:

Հ.Գ. Մի ուշագրավ պատմություն. նախորդ դարի վաթսունական թվականներին, երբ արհեստական լեզու ստեղծելու փորձերը ձախողվել էին, միջազգային խոշոր գիտաժողովներից մեկի ընթացքում առաջարկվել էր որպես միջազգային հաղորդակցության լեզու ընտրել հայերենը, ինչը հետո մի անեկդոտի տեղիք էր տվել. Չինաստանից շտապ հեռագիր էին ուղարկել Երևանի պետական համալսարան՝ խնդրելով իրենց տրամադրել 30 միլիոն հայերենի ուսուցիչ: Կատակը մի կողմ, ահա և քեզ չինական գործոն:
