Եվրոպան այժմ Էնտուզիազմ չի դրսեւորում Ուկրաինայի տարածք խաղաղապահ զորակազմ մտցնելու հնարավորության հարցում, սակայն պատրաստ է ուժեղացնել ԵԱՀԿ-ի առաքելությունը: Այդ մասին Եվրախորհրդի նախագահ Դոնալդ Տուսկը հայտարարել է ուկրաինական հեռուստաալիքներից մեկին տված հարցազրույցի ընթացքում:

«Այժմ, անկեղծ ասած, ես էնտուզիազմ չեմ տեսնում Եվրոպայում, երբ խոսվում Է Ուկրաինա հատուկ խաղաղապահ առաքելություն ուղարկելու մասին: Բայց, իհարկե, տրամադրությունները կարող են փոխվել»,- նրա խոսքը մեջբերել է ՈՒՆՆ գործակալությունը:

Տուսկը նշել է, որ Մինսկի համաձայնությունների իրագործումը քաղաքական գերակայություն է Եվրոպայի համար:

«Ես հասկանում եմ, որ այդ պայմանավորվածությունները բավարարում են ոչ բոլորին եւ, հնարավոր է, դա լավագույն լուծումը չեն Ուկրաինայի համար, բայց միանշանակ ամենակարեւորն են մեզ համար: Ես միանգամայն հասկանում եմ՝ ինչու է արդյունավետ մոնիթորինգն այդքան կարեւոր ոչ միայն Ուկրաինայի, այլեւ Եվրոպայի համար: Եվ Եվրոպան պատրաստ է ուժեղացնել ԵԱՀԿ-ի առաքելությունը, այն դարձնել ավելի արդյունավետ»,- ընդգծել է ԵԽ-ի նախագահը:

Նրա կարծիքով՝ ներկա պայմաններում «անհնարին է որոշում ընդունել Եվրոպայից հատուկ խաղաղապահ ուժերի կամ խմբերի ուղարկման վերաբերյալ»:

Ինչպես նշում Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, Տուսկը ապրիլի 27-ին Կիեւում մասնակցելու է Ուկրաինայի-ԵՄ գագաթնաժողովին, որտեղ պլանավորվում է քննարկել, մասնավորապես, Կիեւին մակրոֆինանսական օգնության տրամադրումը եւ Դոնբասի հակամարտության հետ կապված իրադրությունը:
