Վերջին շրջանում, երբ ներքաղաքական գործընթացներն իրենց ակտիվությունը զիջել են արտաքին քաղաքական օրակարգի կարևորությանը, շրջանառության մեջ դրվեց այն տեղեկությունը, թե մայիսին Կառավարության կազմի՝ ի դեմս վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի, փոփոխություն է սպասվում:

Այս լուրը ներկայացվեց այն «սոուսի» ներքո, թե ոչ թե վարչապետին պաշտոնանկ են անում ու ուղարկում թոշակի, այլ նրան է հանձնարարվելու ոչ պակաս գործունեություն՝ ղեկավարել Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների գործընթացը: Բայց դե հասկանալի է, որ տողատակով առաջ էր քաշվում այն թեզը, որ վերևներում այնքան էլ գոհ չեն նրա գործունեությունից:

Տնտեսական ցուցանիշները , հասկանալի է, քաղաքացու համար գոհացուցիչ չեն կարող լինել, սոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավիճակն էլ այնպես չէ, որ բարելավվել է: Բայց չմոռանանք, որ վերջին տարին իսկապես լի էր տհաճ անակնկալներով ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլև շատ այլ երկրների համար, այսինքն՝ արտաքին գործոնները սրվեցին:

Նախ, ՌԴ նկատմամբ սկսեցին կիրառվել պատժամիջոցներ, որոնք ուղղակիորեն չէին կարող չազդել Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա (չմոռանանք ռուսական մասնակցության մասին մեր տնտեսության մեջ ), սրա հետևանքով նվազեցին ներդրումները, շատ ծրագրեր ուղղակի սառեցին կամ դադարեցվեցին,որպես հետևանք՝ նվազեցին նաև Հայաստան եկող տրանսֆերտները : Իսկ տարեվերջն էլ ազդարարվեց ռուբլու կտրուկ արժեզրկմամբ, այդ թվում նաև Հայաստանում դոլարը կտրուկ արժևորվեց:

Բայց փաստը մնում է փաստ՝ մարդիկ սովոր են հիշել միայն բացասականը ու տեսնել միայն վատը: Ու թերևս մեր ամենամեծ խնդիրը նա է, որ սովոր ենք ամենը պայմանավորել անձով, այսինքն փոխարենը մտածենք, թե ինչ կարող է անել վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը, երբ նման անբարենպաստ պայմաններ են բոլոր ոլորտներում, քննադատում ենք, թե ինչու նա մեղր ու կարագ չի դարձնում մեր կյանքը՝ առանց հասկանալու, որ անկախ անձից իրավիճակը լինելու էր այնպիսին, ինչպիսին կա:

Այլ կերպ ասած, եթե կան մարդիկ, որ մտածում են, թե մի անձին մյուսով փոխարինելը կարող է իրավիճակի բարելավման բերել, ապա նրանց միամտությանը ուղղակի կարելի է երանի տալ: Բա ո՞ւր կմնա արտաքին գործոնների ազդեցությունը, պատժամիջոցները, ռուբլու արժեզրկումը, դեպի Հայաստան տրանսֆերտների նվազումը , ներդրումների նվազումն ու որոշ ծրագրերի թեկուզ ժամանակավոր դադարեցումը: Այս ամենը հաստատ որևէ անձով չի պայմանավորվում ու որևէ մեկի հեռանալով էլ չի լուծվում:
