Բազմաթիվ անգամներ բարձրաձայնվել է կապի ոլորտի խնդիրների մասին, բայց այդպես էլ բազմաթիվ հարցեր կան որոնք մնացել են չլուծված: Նույնիսկ չեմ տեսել, որ այդ խնդիրները վերացնելու համար փորձ արվի : Տեսնես ինչո՞վ է զբաղված Հանրային Ծառայությունները Կարգավորող Հանձնաժողովը:

Մարդիկ չգիտեն զանգահարելուց Օրանժ, Վիվասել, թե Բիլայն օպերատորին են զանգահարում, որովհետև ես այս պահին կարող եմ ինչ-որ համար գնել Բիլայինից և հաջորդ պահին դա դարձնել Օրանժ, իսկ ինձ զանգահարողները շփոթության մեջ կընկնեն և կմտածեն, թե խոսում են Բիլայն համարի հետ և անակնկալը նախատեսվածից ավելի մեծ կորցրված գումարները կլինեն: Հանրային Ծառայությունները Կարգավորող Հանձնաժողովը պետք է հետևողական լինի այս խնդրին, որ օպերատորները պատշաճ ձևով բաժանորդին տեղեկացնեն թե ինքը այդ պահին որ օպերատորը ներկայացնող համարին է կապ հաստատել:

Խնդիրը արդի է մնում Օրանժում, որի մասին բարձրաձայնել եմ: Երբ բաժանորդի հեռախոսը մասնակի արգելափակվում է, այդ ընկերությունը բաժանորդներից պահանջում է ամբողջական գումարը: Այսինքն՝ չմատուցված ծառայությունների դիմաց նրանք գումար են վերցնում բաժանորդներից:Ենթադրենք խանութը նույն տրամաբանությամբ կարող է կարագ վաճառել որի կեսը փչացած կլինի, սակայն նրանք հաճախորդից կգանձեն ամբողջ կարագի գումարը:

Օրանժն ունի նաև հետևյալ խնդիրը: Նրանք ժամանակին չեն տեղեկացնում բաժանորդներին, որ նրանց տրամադրվեած ինտերնետ մեգաբայթերը, կամ այլ օպերատորներ զանգելու րոպեները վերջացել են: գուցե ես էլ ինտերնետից չօգտվեմ, եթե իմանամ ինձ տրամադրված 200 մեգաբայթը վերջացել է, սակայն դու դրա մասին իմանում ես այն ժամանակ, երբ ինքդ ես ստուգում քո բալանսը: Պետք է տեղյակ պահել բաժանորդին, որ այս կամ այն ծառայության րոպեները կամ մեգաբայթերը վերջացել են, որ բաժանորդը մտածի՝ օգտվել գումարով ծառայություններից, թե ոչ:
