Ուկրաինայի ենթակառուցվածքի, տնտեսության եւ սոցիալական կարգի վերականգնման համար սկզբնական փուլում կպահանջվի 1,5 մլրդ դոլար: Այս եզրակացությանն են եկել ՄԱԿ-ի, Համաշխարհային բանկի եւ Եվրամիության փորձագետները, որոնք համապատասխան վերլուծություն են իրականացրել երկրի կառավարության խնդրանքով: Արդյունքների վերաբերյալ ՄԱԿ -ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Պան Գի Մունը զեկուցել Է Ուկրաինայի աջակցմանը նվիրված միջազգային խորհրդաժողովի մասնակցիցների հղած ուղերձում, որն ընթանում Է Կիեւում:

Ուղերձի տեքստն ընթերցել Է ՄԱԿ-ի Եվրոպական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի գործադիր քարտուղար Կրիստիան Ֆրիիս Բախը:

«Կատարված վերլուծությունը ցույց տվեց, որ սկզբնական փուլում ենթակառուցվածքի եւ ծառայությունների աշխատանքի, տնտեսական զարգացման, ինչպես նաեւ սոցիալական կապերի եւ հանրային անվտանգության վերականգնման համար կպահանջվի 1,5 մլրդ դոլար»,- ասված Է ուղերձի տեքստում:
