ՀՀ կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա նիստում համաձայնություն է տվել «Մտավոր սեփականության օբյեկտների նկատմամբ իրավունքների պաշտպանության հետ կապված գործողությունների համակարգման մասին» պայմանագրի կնքման առաջարկությանը: Առաջին իսկ հոդվածում սահմանվել են պայմանագրի նպատակների համար օգտագործված հասկացությունների իմաստները: Օրինակ` «մտավոր սեփականության օբյեկտների նկատմամբ իրավունքների խախտում» հասկացությունը մատնանշում է խախտումը տեղեկատվական և հեռահաղորդակցության «Ինտերնետ» ցանցում, հեղինակային իրավունքի և հարակից իրավունքների խախտումը, մտավոր սեփականության օբյեկտներ պարունակող ապրանքների պատրաստումը, իրացումը կամ այլ օգտագործումը, ինչպես նաև ներմուծումը, տեղափոխումը և այդ նպատակներով պահպանումը` եթե նման գործողությունների հետևանքով խախտվում են անդամ պետությունների օրենսդրությամբ պաշտպանվող սեփականատիրոջ իրավունքները:

Պայմանագիրն ստորագրելու են Հայաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառավարությունները: Նրանք մտադիր են Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մաքսային տարածքում մտավոր սեփականության օբյեկտների նկատմամբ իրավունքների խախտումը կանխարգելելու, հայտնաբերելու և կանխելու նպատակով համակարգել իրենց գործողությունները, ներդաշնակեցնել և կատարելագործել խնդրո առարկայի վերաբերյալ օրենսդրությունը: Ակնկալվում է, որ պայմանագրի կնքումը կնպաստի ինչպես միասնական մաքսային տարածքում կեղծված ապրանքների արտադրության ու շրջանառության, այնպես էլ այլ երկրներում արտադրված ապրանքների ապօրինի շրջանառության կանխարգելմանը:

Պետական փորձագիտական եզրակացության համաձայն պայմանագիրը համապատասխանում է ՀՀ օրենսդրությանը: Փաստաթղթի վերաբերյալ որևէ դիտողություն չեն հայտնել ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմը, ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի, ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարություները և պետական կառավարման մյուս մարմինները:
