Սովորաբար, յուրաքանչյուր գործընթացի ավարտ ազդարարող գոնգը որոշակի թայմաութ է ենթադրում: Մանավանդ, եթե գործընթացը քաղաքական է, այն էլ՝ Հայաստանում: 

Փետրվարյան իրադարձություններից հետո ենթադրյալ հարաբերական անդորրը կարծես սպասվածից երկար է տևում, սակայն զարմանլու կարիք չկա: Կրկնվող ցիկլերի հաջորդականությունը այլ բան ակնկալելու որևէ շանս չի թողնում թե՛ հասարակությանը, թե՛ նույնիսկ քաղաքական միավորներին, որոնք իրենք, ի սկզբանե կոչված լինելով օրակարգ թելադրել, միտումնավոր, թե ստիպված հայտնվել են լուսանցքից դուրս կարգավիճակում: Իսկ հաշվի առնելով, որ առջևում ամառ է, կարելի է ենթադրել, որ դեռ մի որոշ ժամանակ էլ այդպես կլինի: Նոր ձևովորվող ուժերը դեռ կազմավորվելու փուլում են, հներն էլ զբաղված են նոր մարտավարություն մշակելով, քանի որ նախորդները անվերապահ ձախողվել են: Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների վերաբերյալ առաջարկներ ներկայացրել է միայն ՀՅԴ-ն, մնացած ուժերը զերծ են մնում քննարկումներից՝ համարելով այն ժամանակավրեպ: Իհարկե, եթե իշխանությունները իրականացնեն այդ բարեփոխումները՝ միգուցե դրան հետևեն դեմ հադես եկող ուժերի արձագանքները՝ հանրահավաքների, հրապարակային դժգոհությունների տեսքով: Բայց դժվար է ասել, թե դա ինչ արդյունք կտա: Քաղաքական ճշմարիտ դիագնոզ տալու հարցում, իհարկե, պակասություն չկա, մնում է միայն դեղատոմս առաջարկել: Իսկ դրա պակասությունը առավել քան կա՝ հստակ ձևակերպված պահանջների մասին էլ չասած:

Իհարկե, հիասթափված ու թևաթափ եղած հասարակության տարբեր սեգմենտների հետ տարվող աշխատանքները չի սպասվում, որ դյուրին կլինեն, բայց քաղաքական ուժը քանի կա, պիտի պայքարի, մանավանդ, եթե գործում է ընդդիմադիր դաշտում: Իշխանության ներսում խմորումներ հնարավոր են. միգուցե լինեն տարբեր հրաժարականներ, սակայն, ցավոք, դա պայմանավորված է ոչ թե ընդդիմության դրդմամբ, այլ բացառապես ներիշխանական հարաբերությունների կոնյուկտուրայով: Սակայն, ինչպես նշեցինք, ցավոք, քաղաքական վերակենդանացման նշաններ ընդիմադիր ճամբարում առյաժմ չկա: Դե իհարկե կլինի, համենայն դեպս, այդպիսի վստահեցումներ դեռ կլինեն: Ռեժիմը միգուցե նորից հայտնվի խուճապի մեջ. գուցե հենց ամռանը, իսկ աշնանը դա աներկբա է:
