Երեկ ազերիական մամուլը "խանդավառությամբ" էր ընդունել ԱՄՆ-ը Պետքարտուղարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչ Ջեֆ Ռաթքեի հայտարարությունն այն մասին,որ Վաշինգտոնը չի "ճանաչում" Արցախում մայիսի 3-ին անցկացվելիք 6-րդ գումարման ԱԺ-ը ընտրությունները...Սակայն Ի.Ալիևի կողմից վեահսկվող նույն այդ մամուլը ՄՈՌԱՑԵԼ էր նշել,որ Ջ.Ռաթքեն իր հայտարարության ԵՐԿՐՈՐԴ մասում հասկացրել էր Բաքվին,որ Վաշինգտոնը ԴԵ-ՖԱԿՏՈ ճանաչում է այն և ավելին.ԱՄՆ-ն գտնում է,որ ԱՐՑԱԽԻ ԺՈՂՈՎՈՒՐԴԸ պետք է մասնակցի ԻՐ ապագային վերաբերող որոշումների ՔՆՆՐԱԿՄԱՆԸ...

Այսօր արդեն Բաքվի "խելացիները" հասկանալով,թե ի՛նչ է ի նկատի ունեցել պաշտոնական Վաշինգտոնը,պատասխանել են վերջինիս...Պատասխանողի դերում հանդես է եկել Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ը մամլո խոսնակ Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը...Այս երիտասար ոչխարին ԴՈՒՐ չի եկել "ԼԵՌՆԱՅԻՆ ՂԱՐԱԲԱՂԻ ԺՈՂՈՎՈՒՐԴ" արտահայտությունը,որն արել է Ջ.Ռաթքեն...Ըստ Ալթայից այստեղ հայտնված մանր կճղակավորների "ԸՆԴՀԱՆՈՒՐ ԱՌՄԱՄԲ,ՉԿԱ ԼԵՌՆԱՅԻՆ ՂԱՐԱԲԱՂԻ ԺՈՂՈՎՈՒՐԴ ՀԱՍԿԱՑՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ"...Ըստ Հ.Հաջիևի կա "Ադրբեջանի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածաշրջանում բնակվող հայկական և ադրբեջանական համայնքներ"...

Հ.Գ.Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ը մամլո խաոսնակն ԸՍՏ ազերիական օրենքների ՀԱՆՑԱԳՈՐԾ է...Այս անտեղյակը երևի չգիտի,որ դեռ 1991 թ. նոյեմբերի 26-ին Ադրբեջանի ԳԽ-ի №279-XII որոշման համաձայն Լեռնային Ղարաբացը որպես ինքնավար մարց ԼՈՒԾԱՐՎԵԼ է..Ադրբեջանում օրենքով է արգելված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի "տարածաշրջանի" մասին խոսելը...Ազեր-կոյունլուները նույնիսկ անվանափոխել և "ձևափոխել" են Արցախի շրջանների անունները և սահմանները...Լեզվաբանական դասեր տալով Վաշինգտոնին,թե ինչպես պետք է վերջինս խոսի Արցախի մասին,Հ.Հաջիևը հանցանք է կատարում Ադրբեջանի հանդեպ՝խոսելով "վաղուց գոյություն չունեցող" Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մասին...

Սակայն հանցանք գործելով Ադրբեջանի հանդեպ Հ.Հաջիևը ճշմարտությունն է ասում.Արցախը եղել է ,կա ու կլինի...Սակայն ազերիների ԱԳՆ-ը մամլո խոսնակը բարբաջելով Արցախի "հայ և ազերիական համայնքների" մասին,մոռանում է նշել,որ 1991թ.դեկտեմբերի 10-ին Արցախում ԱՆԿԱԽՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՀԱՆՐԱՔՎԵԻՆ մասնակցել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության 76% և կողմ է քվեարկել Ադրբեաջանից ԱՆԿԱԽԱՆԱԼՈՒՆ...Բաքվի հորդորներով Արցախում բնակվող սև և սպիտակ ոչխարները,որոնք կազմում էին բնակչության 20% չմասնակցեցին...Դրան հաջորդեց Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան,որի հետանքով Բաքուն պարտվեց,իսկ Արցախում բնակվող ազերիներն այն լքեցին...Հ.Հաջիևը լավ կլինի հասկանա,որ Արցախում ՉԿԱ ազերիական համայնք,իսկ իրենք շուտով ՍՏԻՊՎԱԾ են լինելու բանակցել պաշտոնական Ստեփանակերտի հետ,ինչպես դա նրանց հասկացնում է ԱՄՆ-ը Պետքարտուղարության պաշտոնյան...
