Ինչպես գիտենք՝ ընթացքում է Հյուսիս-Հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի շինարարությունը,որի երկարությունը 556 կիլոմետր է: Նախատեսվում է շինարարական աշխատանքները ավարտին հասցնել մինչև 2019 թվականը: Ճանապարհային միջանցքը, հատելով Հայաստանի տարածքը հարավից հյուսիս, ընդգրկում է Ագարակ-Կապան-Երևան-Գյումրի-Բավրա մայրուղիները և ճանապարհային ենթակառույցները` միանալով վրացական ճանապարհային ցանցին, որը տանում է դեպի Փոթի և Բաթումի նավահանգիստներ:

Գաղափարը, իհարկե, ողջունելի է, նամանավանդ հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի ճանապարհների, մեղմ ասած, անմխիթար վիճակը: Ժամանակ առ ժամանակ կոնկրետ վայրերում իրականացվող ճանապարհների կարկատումը, իհարկե, հիմնովին չի կարող համալիր լուծում համարվել, քանի որ ժամանակի ընթացքում մասնավորապես Երևան -Գյումրի, Երևան-Վանաձոր միջպետական ճանապարհային հատվածները գրեթե անանցանելի են դարձել՝ հատկապես ձմռան ամիսներին:

Սա լուրջ մտահոգության առիթ է, որովհետև եթե մենք՝ հայաստանցիներս, էլի ինչ-որ կերպ կարողանում ենք հարմարվել այս իրավիճակին՝ հաշվի առնելով մեր ժողովրդի անսահման համբերությունը, ապա Հայաստան այցելած զբոսաշրջիկների տրամաբանության մեջ սա ոչ մի կերպ տեղավորվել չի կարող: Ընդամենը մի քանի տարի առաջ, մասնավորապես Երևանից Վանաձոր, հնարավոր էր հասնել մեկ ժամ երեսուն րոպեում, սակայն այժմ այն տևում է 2 ժամից ավելի: Հասկանալի է իհարկե՝ վատ ճանապարհների պատճառով: Հարևան Վրաստանում,վարդերի հեղափոխությունից հետո օրինակ իշխանությունները նախագահ Սահակաշվիլիի գլխավորությամբ առաջնային ձեռնամուխ եղան հենց ճանապարհների բարեկարգման խնդրին, ինչը Վրաստանում զբոսաշրջության զարգացման համար կարևոր գրավական էր:

Մեզ մոտ դեռևս նոր է ուրվագծվում բարեկարգ ճանապարհներ ունենալու տեսլականը, մանավանդ որ Հայաստանը լեռնային պետություն է,որտեղ, ցավոք, քիչ չեն նաև սողանքերի, փլուզումների հավանականությունը, ինչը լրացուցիչ դժվարություն է առաջանցում վարորդների համար: Մասնավորապես սողանքերի ամենամեծ հավանականությունը առկա է Վանաձոր-Ալավերդի-Բագրատաշեն հատվածում, ինչի կանխարգելման նպատակով նախատեսվում է հիմնովին կապիտալ վերանորոգել այդ ճանապարարհը, ավելին, կառավարությունը նախատեսում է հսկայական շինարարություն իրականացնել և Հայաստանի համար աննախադեպ որակի ճանապարհ կառուցել այդ հատվածում, քանի որ այն սահմանային է Հայաստանի ու Վրաստանի միջև:

Ինչ խոսք, այս ամենը բավականին բարդ ու ժամանակատար աշխատանք է,սակայն միևնույն ժամանակ խիստ անհրաժեշտ մեր երկրի համար: Ճանապարհային անվտանգությունը երկրի տնտեսության,զբոսաշրջության զարգացման բաղկացուցիչ մասերից մեկն է և կարիք ունի մշտապես գտնվել պետական մարմինների ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Հուսանք,որ ադեն իսկ սկսված աշխատանքները ավարտին կհասցվեն համապատասխան ժամկետներում և խոստացված որակով: Անկեղծ ասած՝ ճանապարհաշինության բնագավառում կառավարությունը շատ հավակնոտ ծրագրեր է ընդունել, և եթե իսկապես մենք ունենանք այն, ինչը խոստացվում է, կարճ ժամանակամիջոցում մենք ուղղակի արդյունքը կտեսնենք թե զբոսաշրջության, թե, բնականաբար, ամբողջ տնտեսության վրա:
