Հասարակությունը ծնում, վերարտադրում է ինչով տարիներ շարունակ սնվել է, ապրել, գոյատևել…Ինչը ձևավորել է անհատին, քաղաքացուն, ողջ հասարակությանը, ինչի արդյունքում ստեղծվել է ներկա աղճատված ու ամորֆ արժեհամակարգը:

Դեռևս խորհրդային տարիներին` հատկապես հետստալինյան ժամանակաշրջանում, <<ամենալավ>> մարդիկ համարվում էին <<շուստրիները>>, պետական փողերը հաջողությամբ յուրացնողները, օրենքը, օրինականությունը շրջանցողները: Երեխաները, պատանիներն ու աղջիկները աջ ու ձախ լսում էին, թե ինչ լավ, կարգին, ղայդին, ճարպիկ տղերք են <<գայիշնիկները, օբեխեզեի>> աշխատակիցները, ցեխի վարիչները, պահեստապետները, վաճառողները, բուֆետչիկները, դատախազները, դատավորները, պետական մյուս պաշտոնյանները, որոնք մշտապես <<լևի>> եկամուտ ունեին և բոլորը բնականաբար ձգտում էին նմանվել նրանց:

Հասարակությունը տարիներ շարունակ ծնում, պահպանում, սնում էր նմաններին ու նման արժեհամակարգում մեծացած, դաստիարակված սերունդներին, հետևաբար նրանց զավակներն այլ մտածողություն, այլ հոգեբանություն չէին կարող ունենալ… Այլասերված հասարակությունը ծնում, դաստաիարակում է այլասերված քաղաքացի…Այդ մարդիկ են դառնում վաղվա մասնագետները, առևտրականները, բժիշկները, ոստիկանները, հարկային, մաքսային տեսուչները, ուսուցիչները, պետական պաշտոնյաները, իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցները…

Անհատը, հասարակությունը, ստեղծված արժեհամակարգը շաղկապված են իրար հետ և ստեղծվել է մի փակ շրջան ու մեր ողջ թշվառությունն ու <<պերճանքը>> դրա արդյունքն է…

Ուրախալի է, որ այնուամենայնիվ նոր գիտակից սերունդ է դաստիարակվել, ձևավորվել… Քիչ են, բայց կան…

Այս գործում զարմանալիորեն պասիվ կամ ոչ անհրաժեշտ դեր է խաղում մեր եկեղեցին: Աստվածապաշտ, քրիստոնեական արժեքներով ապրող քաղաքացիները վերջի վերջո ավելի օրինապաշտ են և ձգտում են հնարավորինս ապրել ազնիվ, լինել ավելի հանդուրժող և մարդկային:

Եկեղեցին պետք է լինի այնտեղ, որտեղ իր հոտն է, մինչդեռ եկեղեցու ուշադրությունից կարծես վրիպել է համացանցը, նրա ընձեռած հնարավորությունները: Մեր եկեղեցին պետք է ավելի լուրջ ու հետաքրքիր, նպատակային ներկայություն ապահովի սոցիալական ցանցերում: Եկեղեցու հոտի գերակշիռ ու գիտակից հատվածը մշտապես գտնվում է համացանցում, ուստի համապատասխան լուրջ, ծրագրային, ստեղծագործական մասնակցություն ու միջամտություն է պետք:

Բայց Տեր Աստված, ոչ այն աշխատաոճով, այն հնաոճ քարոզներով ու զրույցներով, որ իրականացնում են մեր եկեղեցական այրերը հիմա…

Իսկ ընդհանուր առմամաբ նոր, յուրահատուկ, հետաքրքիր, ոչ ստանդարտ, նաև հոգատար վերաբերմունքի է արժանի այս խնդիրը: Նոր, առաջադեմ, անօրինականությունների նկատմամբ անհաշտ քաղաքացու դաստիարակությունն ու այդ մթնոլորտի ձևավորումը, արժեհամակարգի փոփոխությունը պետք է դառնա ամենաառաջնահերթ խնդիրը: Նման քաղաքացին կլինի լավ, ազնիվ, օրինապաշտ պաշտոնյա, սրտացավ բժիշկ, ուսուցիչ, հոգատար բուժքույր, բարեխիղճ առևտրական, գործարար, բանվոր…

Այս խնդիրը բարդ է ու կարևոր և պահանջում է համալիր, ամբողջական մոտեցում. ընտանիք, դպրոց, ուսումնական հաստատություններ, եկեղեցի, ԶԼՄ-ներ, օրենքների գերակայություն, հասարակական կազմակերպություններ և համպատասխան պետական կառույցներ, միայն այս օղակների համագործակցված աշխատանքի արդյունքում է հնարավոր հասնել էական հաջողության: Այլապես կրկին կվերարտադրվեն այն տականքնրը, որոնք ավելի կենսունակ են և ցավոք` հարգված…
