Արդեն մի քանի օր է, ինչ համացանցում ու մամուլում ակտիվ քննարկվում է Գոհար Ենոքյանի ձեռբակալության թեման: Հիշեցնեմ , որ մայիսի 4-ի երոկոյան ձերբակալվել էր ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր, ԲՀԿ անդամ Գոհար Ենոքյանը: Նախկին պատգամավորին ձերբակալել են ԲՀԿ-ական Կարո Կարապետյանին՝ Յուվեցի Կարոյի սպանության նախապատրաստությանը մասնակցելու կասկածանքով:

Վերջին շրջանում բավականին հաճախ ենք լսում նման դեպքեր : Ակնհայտ է, որ այն իշխանությունների հետ մտերմություն անող գործարարներ սկսել են ավելի հաճախ հայտնվել իրավապահ մարմինների կամ հարկային տեսչության ուշադրության կենտրոնում:

Եթե մի պահ ետ գնանք, ապա կարող ենք մատնանշել մի քանի խոշոր գործարարների, ովքեր վերջին շրջանում հայտնվեցին իշխանական «բամփի» տակ` Աշոտ Աղաբաբյան (Բուռնաշ) . Կարո Կարապետյան (Յուվեցի Կարո), Հակոբ Հակոբյան (Ճոյտ) և այլն:
Նրանցից մի մասը խնդիրներ ուներ հարկային տեսչության հետ` միլիոնների հասնող հարկային պարտավորություններ, մյուս մասն էլ պատասխանատվության է ենթարկվել իր ոչ այնքան լուսավոր անցյալի համար: Ինչևիցե անցնենք առաջ:

Հատկանշական է այն փաստը, որ վերոհիշյալ գործարարներն ու քաղաքական գործիչները մեծ հաշվով ոչ հասարակական կյանքի վրա էական ազդեցություն ունեցող մարդիկ են ոչ էլ առանձնահատուկ կշիռ ունեին ընդիմադիր բևեռում:

Սա նշանակում է, որ այս պարագայում չենք կարող դիտարկել այն փաստը, թե նրանք խանգարում էին իշխանական վերնախավին: Ի՞նչ է ստացվում… Ակնհայտ է, որ իշխանությունները սկսել են մաքրել «ավգյան ախոռները»:

Սա չի նշանակում, թե պետք է երկրում մտցնել ոստիկանական ռեժիմ, պետք է բոլորին ձեռբակալել, երկրում հաստատել «օրենքով սահմանված բեսպրեդել», բայց եթե նպատակն ազնիվ է, ապա այն պետք է ընդգրկի ավելի մեծ շրջանակներ:
