Հալալ էր, իհարկե, տաքսիստ ախպերիկին՝  ծուռը նստել դուզը խոսում էր,ընդ որում խոսքի մեջ ժարգոնը համեմել էր քաղաքական - տնտեսական որոշ տերմինների հետ ու արդյունքում ստեղծեց մի հետարքրքիր պերսոնաժ՝ քյարթից ու քաղաքացուց անդին, որը, ի դեպ, չէր խանգարի պառլամենտում լիքը պատգամավորների: Բայց ահա թե, ըստ իս,ինչն է խնդիրը

1. Արտառոց ոչինչ տեղի չի ունեցել, պարզապես հերթական կուտակված էներգետիկան հասել և ժայթքել է այս կերպ, ժայթքել է ոչ թե հստակ ձևակերպված պահանջի, պայքարի, խնդրի սեգմենտավորման, մանրամասն վերլուծության, տարիների աշխատանքի, այլ րոպեական ազդեցության ժամանակ, հետևաբար,նույն կերպ ու արագությամբ էլ կմարի,ինչպես սովորաբար տեղի է ունենում Հայաստանում: Նույնը Գյումրիի դեպքերի ժամանակ էր, ուր որ է հեղափոխություն էր սկսում, էմոցիոնալ, չկշռադատված գործողություններ և... արդյունքում ի՞նչ եղավ...

Նախադեպ էր, սարսափելի նախադեպ, գնացին, հյուպատոսարանը գրոհեցին, բացասական էներգիան դուրս եկավ, հանգստացավ ժողովուրդը, ցրվեց տներով: Իսկ բուն հարցը, ինչի համար հավաքվել էին, լուծվե՞ց... Իհարկե՝ ոչ, որևէ մեկը դեռևս չգիտի՝ ինչի Պերմյակովը ինչու կոտորեց այդ ընտանիքին և ինչու չհանձնվեց հայկական կողմին:

Նույնը այս պարագայում է, Արմանի կերպարի մեջ ընդամենը լոկալիզացվել է խնդիրը, որը բարձրացվել և մատուցվել է: Մատուցվել է դիպուկ, Արմանը ճիշտ որսացել է հասարակության, քաղաքական դաշտի խաղացողների թափթփված, անորոշ, անկազմակերպ վարքագիծը և խփել թիրախին:

Հարցի երկրորդ մասը Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ խնդիրն է: Ես կասեի՝ չարորակ ուռուցք, որը ոչ մի կերպ չի հաջողվում հեռացնել, վանել, ձերբազատվել վերջապես: Շրջանառվող կարծիքների համաձայն,ընդ որում՝ ճնշող մեծամասնության կարծիքով, Արմանը մեր քաղաքական գործիչներից ավելի իմաստուն է, պետական լայն մտածողության տեր մարդ, պատրիոտ, որը վախենալու ոչինչ չունի, նա խոսում է ճշմարտության մասին...և այլն:

Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,Արմանը ընդամենը սովորական կամ մի քիչ էքստրաօրդինար տաքսու վարորդ է, որի հանդեպ տածում եմ մեծագույն հարգանք: Բայց քանի դեռ դուք և բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր նման լոկալ խնդրի վերաբերյալ փոքր - ինչ ստանդարտից դուրս բարձրաձայնումը համարում եք հերոսություն, քանի դեռ չեք ձերբազատվել նման իռացիոնալ ու րոպեական ձևակերպումներից ու շեշտադրումներից, քանի դեռ չեք հասկացել,որ պայքարը հասնում է հաջողության, եթե դրա վրա աշխատում են օր ու գիշեր և, ամենակարևորը, միասին, առանց հանգստանալու, եթե պետք է՝ տարիներ շարունակ, այլ ոչ թե րոպեական ազդեցության դոզայի տակ, ապա մեր իշխանությունները ինձ էլ հետներդ միասին վերցրած, շարունակելու են կեղեքել, թալանել ու դատարկել Հայաստանը:

Իշխանությունը ձեր ամենօրյա անդադար ու համառ, ամենակարևորը՝ անկոտրում պայքարը վերահսկել չի կարող, բայց րոպեական ուրախությունն ու էյֆորիան շատ հեշտ կարող է զսպել, ինչպես արել է մինչև այժմ:
