Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի ԲՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը երեկ ստորագրահավաք է նախաձեռնել` գործարար, նախկին պատգամավոր, ԲՀԿ-ական Գոհար Ենոքյանի դեմ ընտրված խափանման միջոցը փոխելու պահանջով: Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցի ժամանակ ԲՀԿ առաջնորդը նշեց, որ այսօր արդեն հանդիպում է ունեցել գլխավոր դատախազ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանի հետ.


«Դուք գիտեք, որ երեկ մենք 37 պատագամավորական ստորագություններ հավաքեցինք եւ ներկայացրեցինք դատախազություն: Նշեմ, որ պատգամավորական ստորագրությունները կարող էին շատ ավելին լինել, պարզապես ես ցանկանում էի, որ դրանք շուտ մուտք արվեին: Պատրաստակամություն էին հայտնել ստորագրել Մարգարիտ Եսայանը, Մկրտիչ Մինասյանը եւ մի շարք այլ պատգամավորներ: Գիտեք նաեւ, որ Էլինար Վարդանյանը ստորագրություններից բացի ներկայացրել էր նաեւ տիկին Ենոքյանի առողջությանը վերաբերող տեղեկանքներ: Չնայած այս ամենին` ես նպատակահարմար գտա անձամբ հանդիպել գլխավոր դատախազին եւ ներկայացնել խնդիրը:

Մոտ երկու ժամ առաջ ես հանդիպել եմ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանի հետ: Մենք խոսել ենք բացառապես գործի մարդասիրական տեսանկյունից. իրավական կողմին չենք անդրադարձել: Ասեմ, որ գլխավոր դատախազը եւս մտահոգված էր տիկին Ենոքյանի առողջական վիճակով: Ես վստահ եմ, որ ժամը 17.40-ին տիկին Ենոքյանն ազատ կարձակվի: Նրա հանդեպ որպես կալանքի միջոց կկիրառվի ստորագրությունով չհեռանալը: Ասեմ, որ լինելով ազատության մեջ` Գոհար Ենոքյանը չի ցանկանում խոչընդոտել դատավարության արդար ընթացքին, քանի որ նա չի ընդունում իր դեմ ուղղված մեղադրանքը: Նա ցանկանում է, որ լինի բաց ու թափանցիկ դատական գործընթաց, որի ժամանակ, ինչպես ինքն է նշում, կապացուցի իր անմեղությունը»:

Իսկ նախկին ԲՀԿ անդամ Կարո Կարապետյանի` Յուվեցի Կարոյի, Գոհար Ենոքյանի անձի շուրջ մեկնաբանությունների եւ պիտակավորումների վերաբերյալ Ն Զոհրաբյանը նշեց. «Եթե Կարո Կարապետյանը լիներ նույն վիճակում եւ ունենար առողջական նման խնդիրներ, չնայած նա հիմա ԲՀԿ կուսակցության անդամ չէ, այնուամենայնիվ, ես անպայման Կարո Կարապետյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու համար եւս կնախաձեռնեի ստորագրահավաք, իսկ թե տիկին Ենոքյանն ինչ վաստակ ունի իր ապրած տարիներով եւ կենսագրությամբ, կարծում եմ որեւէ մեկը դրա հետ կապված գնահատական չպետք է տա»:
