Հայաստանն ունի Եվրասիայի և Եվրոպայի տնտեսությունների միջեւ կամուրջ դառնալու մեծ հնարավորություններ և պետք է այդ ուղղությամբ քայլեր ձեռնարկի։ Տեսակետը ռազմական փորձագետ, ԱՊՀ երկրների Կովկասի ինստիտուտի բաժնի ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Եվսեևինն է: Փորձագետը վստահ է, որ աշխարհը ոչ միայն քաղաքական, այլեւ տնտեսական գլոբալ փոփոխությունների շեմին է, որի հիմնական նպատակն է Միացյալ Նահանգների ֆինանսական հ ամակարգին այլընտրանք առաջարկելը։

«Հայտնի է, որ Չինաստանը փորձում է ստեղծել սեփական ֆինանսական համակարգ, որը կլինի այլընտրանք գործող համակարգին, և որից հետո ԱՄՆ-ին դժվար կլինի ազդել աշխարհի տնտեսության վրա։ Իսկ Չինաստանի նախաձեռնած գոտու ստեղծմանը կարող է մասնակից դառնալ նաև Հայաստանը»,- նշեց նա` հավելելով, որ Հայաստանի համար նման գործընթացը կլինի հետաքրքրական:

«Հայաստանը կարող է դառնալ այն պետությունը, որի տարածքով կարող է կառուցվել ինչ-որ կամուրջ, տնտեսական տարբեր համակարգերի համար, Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության և Եվրոպական տնտեսական միության։ Հայաստանը համապատասխանում է նման կամրջի ձևավորման համար»,- ընդգծեց Եվսեևը: Ըստ նրա՝ այս առնչությամբ, իհարկե, շատ ավելի լավ կլիներ, եթե նման կամուրջներ դառնային նաև այլ պետություններ, օրինակ՝ Վրաստանը։ «Եթե Վրաստանի և Հայաստանի տարածքով հնարավոր լինել ձևավորել այդ կամուրջը, ապա դա այս տնտեսական միավորների համար լավ կլիներ ևՀայաստանը կարող է ցույց տալ այս հարցում իր ներուժը, իր ունակությունը՝ ազդել ավելի գլոբալ գործընթացների վրա»,-նշեց նա։
