Վերջին շրջանում ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերություններում հռետորաբանության փոփոխություն է նկատվում, քանի որ Թուրքիան չափազանց նյարդային է վերաբերվում Հայոց ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ ցանկացած հարցի: Տեսակետը ՌԳԱ Արևելագիտության ինստիտուտի Կենտրոնական Ասիայի, Կովկասի և Ուրալ-Պովոլժիեի ուսումնասիրության կենտրոնի փորձագետ Անդրեյ Արեշևինն է: Մայիսի 7-ին կայացած ասուլիսի ժամանակ Արեշեւը շեշտեց, որ ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերություններում նշանակալի դերակատարությ ուն ունեն արևմտյան ճնշումները Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ: «Թուրքիան չափազանց նյարդային է վերաբերվում Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը վերաբերող ցանկացած հարցի, որի հետևանքով դեսպան են ետ կանչում, ապա՝ լուռ վերադարձնում: Դեսպաններին լուռ ետ ուղարկելը խոսում է այն մասին, որ թուրքական դիվանագիտությունն, այնուամենայնիվ, պրագմատիկ է»,- կարծում է Արեշևը:

Փորձագետի խոսքով՝ ՌԴ-ի հետ բիզնես-ծրագրերը Թուրքիայի համար կարևոր են: ««Թուրքական հոսք» ծրագիրն ավելի լայն և կարևոր ենթատեքստ ունի, որպեսզի նման լարվածություններն անդրադառնան այդ ծրագրի վրա: Սակայն Թուրքիայի նկատմաբ էական կարող են լինել արևմտյան ճնշումները, քանի որ Թուրքիան ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ է: Ինչ վերաբերում է ՌԴ-ին, ապա նրա համար առաջնահերթություն է սեփական գազային համակարգի ստեղծումը»,- ասաց Անդրեյ Արեշևը:

Արեշեւի գնահատմամբ՝ ՌԴ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների առաջարկները՝ միջնորդական առաքելություն ծավալել Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հարաբերություններում, ժամանակավրեպ են և ոչ տեղին:

«Այս աշխատանքը կարող է սահմանափակվել միայն նրանով, որ հայկական որոշ արտադրանքներ հայտնվեն թուրքական շուկայում, քանի որ, եթե չլինի թուրքական կողմի հստակ ցանկությունը՝ Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորել առանց նախապայմանների, բեկում չարժե սպասել, թեև Ռուսաստանը կարող է որոշ փորձեր ձեռնարկել, սակայն դրանք անարդյունավետ կլինեն»,- ընդգծեց նա:
