Լյուքսեմբուրգում ոչ ոքի անարգանքի սյունին չեն գամում: Ցեղասպանություն իրականացրած մարդասպանները վաղուց արդեն մահացել են, եւ նրանց սերունդները չեն կարող կրել իրենց պապերի մեղքի պատասխանատվությունը, սակայն նրանք պետք է ճանաչեն իրենց պատմական մեղքը։ Սա մի հատված է Լյուքսեմբուրգի խորհրդարանում Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման մասին բանաձեւը ներկայացնելիս՝ պատգամավոր Լորեն Մոզարի ելույթի տեքստից, որը մայիսի 7-ին հրապարակել է Tageblatt.lu-ն։

Մոզարը նշել է, որ կարեւոր է մատնանշել իրականացված դաժան Ցեղասպանությունն ու հատկապես հարգել հարյուր հազարավոր զոհերի հիշատակը։

«ՄԱԿ-ը հայերի զանգվածային սպանությունները ճանաչել է որպես 20-րդ դարի առաջին ցեղասպանություն։ Դրան հաջորդել են 22 երկրների խորհրդարաններ, որոնց թվում՝ Լյուքսեմբուրգի հարեւան երկրները՝ Ֆրանսիան, Բելգիան, Նիդերլանդերը։ Եվրախորհրդարանը նույնպես պաշտոնապես ճանաչել է Ցեղասպանությունը։ Գերմանիան առաջիկա օրերին խորհրդարանում Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին բանաձեւ կընդունի»,- նշել է պատգամավորը։

Նա շեշտել է, որ բանաձեւը Թուրքիայի դեմ չէ։

«Լյուքսեմբուրգը պահպանում է Թուրքիայի հետ բարեկամական հարաբերությունները։ Մենք ոչ ոքի անարգանքի սյունին չենք գամում։ Մարդասպանները վաղուց արդեն մահացել են, եւ նրանց սերունդները չեն կարող կրել իրենց պապերի մեղքի պատասխանատվությունը, սակայն նրանք պետք է ճանաչեն իրենց պատմական մեղքը։ Նրանց կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության դատապարտումը ուժեղ նշան կլիներ, դա կլիներ ուղերձ առ այն, որ նման բան այլեւս չպետք է կրկնվի»,- հայտարարել է Մոզարը։

Մայիսի 6-ին Լյուքսեմբուրգի խորհրդարանը միաձայն ընդունել է Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչող բանաձև:
