Էրդողանը իշխանության գալուց ի վեր սկսել է ուժեղացնել իր և իր կուսակցության դիրքերը և թուլացնել դասական ազգայնականության դիրքերը՝քեմալիստների դիրքերը: Հայտնի է,որ քեմալը իր իշխանության տարիներին թուրքիայում ստեղծել էր նոր որակի պետական համակարգ՝աշխարհիկ պետություն՝հիմնված ազգայնականության վրա,որի ղեկավարումը նա դրել էր ինստիտուցիոնալ հիմքերի վրա: Այսինքն ոչ թե անձերից էր կախված այդ պետության արտաքին և ներքին քաղաքականությունը,այլ՝ համակարգն էր ղեկը բռնել: Որ նախագահը,կամ վարչապետը ցանկանում էր ինչ-որ բան անել քեմալական գծից դուրս,կուլ էր գնում համակարգին՝ռազմական հեղաշրջման զոհ էր դառնում: Քեմալական ինստիտուցիոնալ համակարգում մեծ դեր ունեին բանակը,հատուկ ծառայություները և ոստիկանությունը,ինչպես նաև գաղտնի կազմակերպություններն ու ծառայությունները,որոնք հաճախ ապօրինի մեթոդներով էին գործում: Էրդողանին հաջողվեց կազմաքանդել քեմալական համակարգը և այնպես անել,որ հենց անձը կարողանա որոշումներ ընդունել և ղեկավարել պետության ճամփան: Ինչպես գիտենք,նա կարողացավ չեզոքացնել գեներալիտետից եկող վտանգը,չեզոքացնել գաղտնի կազմակերպությունները և իրեն ենթարկեց,ողջ պետական ապարատը՝սկզբում ոստիկանությունը իրենով անելուց սկսած մինչև բանակ,հատուկ ծառայություններ,դատախազություն,ժանդարմերիա ,և այլն,իսկ համակարգին հավատարիմ ուժերը հայտնվեցին բանտերում.Էրգենեկոնի դեպքը միայն բավական է: Քեմալն էլ ժամանակին կարողացավ նախկին սուլթանական կրոնապետական համակարգը կազմաքանդել և իր անձնական իշխանությունը հաստատելուց հետո ստեղծեց պետական կառավարման համակարգ,որը մոտ մեկ դար անց,քանդեց Էրդողանը: Գորբաչովն էլ կազմաքանդեց իրենից առաջ եղած համակարգը,բայց փոխարենը չստեղծեց նորը,որի արդյունքում իր ղեկավարած պետությունը մնաց պատմության դասագրքերում և ոմանց հուշերում; Տեսնենք Էրդողանը քեմալի պես կստեղծի նոր համակարգ,թե գորբաչովի պես նախկինը միայն կքանդի՝իր անձին ենթարկելով պետությունը և կկործանի թուրքիան?: Մաղթենք մեր հարևան պետությանը,որ իր նախագահը լինի Գորբաչով:
