Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ԱՄՆ Մամուլի ազգային ակումբում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ վերահաստատել է հայկական կողմի պատրաստակամությունը Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երեք պետությունների հետ համագործակցելու հարցում: Նալբանդյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը բանակցություններ է վարում հակամարտությունը բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով կարգավորելու նպատակով:

«Մենք բազմիցս մեր պատրաստակամությունն ենք հայտնել առաջ գնալ լուծման այն հինգ սկզբունքների հիման վրա, որոնք առաջակվել են համանախագահ երեք երկրների` ԱՄՆ-ի, Ֆրանսիայի և Ռուսաստանի նախագահների կողմից Լ’Ակվիլայում, Մուսկոկայում, Դովիլում, Լոս Քաբոսում և Էնիսկիլենում: Միաժամանակ, մենք նաև աջակցում ենք համանախագահ երկրների առաջարկություններին, որոնք վերաբերում են վստահություն ստեղծող միջոցներ ձեռնարկելուն` ներառյալ հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանումը, շփման գծից դիպուկահարների հեռացումը, հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումներն ուսումնասիրող հանձնաժողովների ստեղծումը»,- նշել է Նալբանդյանը:

ՀՀ արտգործնախարարը ցավով է արձանագրել, որ, ի տարբերություն հայկական կողմի, Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է վստահություն ստեղծող միջոցներ ձեռնարկելուց, ինչպես նաև համանախագահների կողմից արվող առաջակություններից: «Մենք բազմիցս շատ մոտ ենք եղել վերջնական կարգավորմանը, սակայն վերջին պահին Ադրբեջանը հետքայլ է կատարել: Նրանք մերժել են համանախագահ երկրների կողմից արված բոլոր առաջարկները վերջին վեց տարվա ընթացքում, վերջինը` Կազանի գագաթնաժողովի ժամանակ»,- հիշեցրել է Նալբանդյանը: Դիվանագետի համոզմամբ` Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող գործողությունները, ինչպես, օրինակ, ռազմական բյուջեի մեծացումը, կողմերին միայն ավելի են հեռացնում հակամարտության վերջնական կարգավորումից

«Այս տարի հունվարի 27-ին երեք համանախագահները հստակ հայտարարություն արեցին` կոչ անելով դադարեցնել համանախագահների և բանակցային գործընթացի քննադատությունը, հարգել ուժի չկիրառման հանձնառությունը: Սակայն, դժբախտաբար, Ադրբեջանը շարունակաբար քննադատում է երեք համանախագահներին և կարգավորման գործընթացը»,- փաստել է ՀՀ արտգործնախարարը: Նալբանդյանը հավաստիացրել է, որ Հայաստանը կշարունակի ջանքեր գործադրել համանախագահ երկրների հետ` հասնելու հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորմանը: Հիշատակելով Փարիզում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների՝ երեք համանախագահների հետ առանձին-առանձին ունեցած վերջին հանդիպումը` դիվանագետը շեշտել է, որ իրենք խոսել են հաջորդ համատեղ հանդիպումը կազմակերպելու մասին: Այդուհանդերձ, Նալբանդյանը հանդիպման հստակ ժամկետներ չի նշել:

Արտգործնախարարն անդրադարձել է նաև Թուրքիայի կողմից արցախյան հակամարտությանը միջամտելու փորձերին` արձանագրելով, որ թուրքական կողմի նման ցանկությունը միայն վնասում է թե’ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացին, թե հայ-թուրքական հարաբերություններին:
