Փաստորեն Ուկրաինայի նախագահի կայքի երեկվա հրապարակած ինֆորմացիան կեղծիք էր ու ապատեղեկատվություն, համեննայն դեպս մասնամբ: Հիշեցնեմ, որ նախագահի կայքում գրվել էր, որ Պորոշենկոյի ու Պուտինի միջև տեղ գտած հեռախոսային բանակցություններում ձեռք է բերվել Դոնբասսում հրադադարի հաստատման պայմանավորվածություն, մինչդեռ ինչպես պնդում է ռուսական կողմը՝ հավելելով, որ հարկ եղած դեպքում կարող է հրապարակել բանակցությունների ձայնագրությունը, ձեռք է բերվել ընդամենը համաձայնություն, որ հրադադարի սահմանումը խիստ անհարժեշտ է և այլ վերացական ձևակերպումներ, բայց ռուսական կողմը ոչ մի պարտավորվածություն չի ստանձնել ու ոչ մի կոնկրետ բան չի ասել:
Այս քարոզչական կեղծիքի իմաստը նրանում է, որ Ուկրաինան ուզում է այն օգտագործել Ռուսաստանի ու ապստամբների դեմ: Կա երկու սցենար. այս լուրը լայնորեն տարածելով շեշտադրում է արվում, որ Ռուսական կողմը կոնֆլիկտին անմիջականնորեն մասնակցող գլխավոր կողմն է, որովհետև եթե դու քո վրա ես վերցնում հրադադար հաստատելու պատասխանատվություն, նշանակում է, որ խոստովանում ես, որ դու իրավասու ես դա անելու, հետևաբար նշանակում է, որ ապստամբները ենթարկվում են քեզ:
Եթե անգամ այս գիծը չհաջողվի առաջ տանել, Ուկրաինան կարող է նույն տեղեկատվական առիթը օգտագործել միաժամանակ Ռուսաստանի և ապստամբների հեղինակությունը սասանելու վրա. իբր Ռուսաստանը խոստացել է օգտագործել իր լծակները, որպեսզի ապստամբներին համոզի դադարեցնել կրակիը, փայց չար ու արյունարբու ապստամբները կշարունակեն մաարտական գործողությոեւնները ու Ուկրաինան կսկսի աղաղակել, որ Ռուսաստանի այնքան հեղինակություն չունի որ ներազդի ապստամբների վրա, իսկ ապստամբներն էլ այնքան ապակառուցողական են, որ էլի արյուն են ուզում:
