«Պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի օգնական Աննա Հովհաննիսյանը մայիսի 3-9-ը Գերմանիայի Վեյմար քաղաքից ոչ հեռու գտնվող Օսմանշտետ Մանոր Հաուս (Osmannstedt Manor House) ավանում տեղակայված սեմինարների կենտրոնում մասնակցել է «Համաշխարհային ժառանգության պահպանման» ծրագրերի կազմակերպիչների հանդիպմանը: Մասնակից Գերմանիայի, Լատվիայի, Բահրեյնի Թագավորության, Մեքսիկայի, Ֆրանսիայի, Ֆինլանդիայի, Իտալիայի, Մարոկկոյի, Թուրքիայի ներկայացուցիչները ներկայացրել են «Համաշխարհային ժառանգության պահպանման» ծրագրում ներառված՝ իրենց երկրների հնավայրերը, խնդիրները: Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին «Պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ից, զեկուցումներն ուղեկցվել են slide show-ի ցուցադրմամբ: Քննարկվել են նաև «Համաշխարհային ժառանգության պահպանման» ծրագրի հետագա զարգացման համար եվրոպական տարբեր կազմակերպությունների միջև համագործակցության զարգացման և ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքների հնարավորությունները, հուշարձանների տարածքներում իրականացվող կամավորական աշխատանքները:

ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի օգնական Աննա Հովհաննիսյանի զեկուցումը ևս ուղեկցվել է slide show-ի ցուցադրմամբ: Նա խոսել է Համաշախարհային ժառանգության օբյեկտների ցանկում ընդգրկված հայկական հուշարձանների` Էջմիածնի Մայր տաճարի, Հաղպատավանքի, Սանահինի, Զվարթնոցի մասին: Առանձին անդրադարձ է կատարել «Զվարթնոց» պատմամշակութային արգելոց-թանգարանին: Մասնակիցներին տեղեկացվել է, որ 2011թ. սկսած՝ ամեն տարի արգելոց-թանգարանի տարածքում միջազգային կամավորական ճամբար է գործում, ուր հյուրընկալվում են տարբեր երկրների կամավորներ: Մինչ օրս նման ստացիոնար ճամբարներ օրեքն են աշխարհում:

Ճամբար-կայանատեղի հիմնելու ծրագիրը «Պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը և ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի «Պատրիմոնիտո» ծրագրի մասնակից` Հայաստանի ուսանողական ջոկատների Հանրապետական շտաբը 2011թ.-ին ներկայացրել էին ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի Միջազգային Կամավորական ծառայության կոմիտեին (CCIVS)՝ արժանանալով բարձր գնահատականի:

Սեմինարի մասնակցիները ներկա են գտնվել նաև «Բելվեդեր» ամրոցի տարածքում գտնվող սրահներից մեկում Համաշխարհային ժառանգության վերաբերյալ ցուցահանդեսի բացմանը, ծանոթացել Վեյմարի տարածքում գտնվող համաշխարհային ժառանգության արժեք ներկայացնող հուշարձաններին:

Համաշխարհային ժառանգությունը (World Heritage) բնական և մարդու ձեռքերով ստեղծած մշակութային արժեքներն են: Համաշխարհային ժառանգության ցանկի կարևոր նպատակն է պահպանել և հայտնի դարձնել յուրահատուկ օբյեկտները:
