Ազգային ժողովն ամփոփում է բյուջետային ծրագրերի կատարողական հիմնական ցուցանիշների բարելավման առաջին փուլի աշխատանքները: Ազգային ժողովի ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի հանձնաժողովի հերթական նիստում հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գագիկ Մինասյանը հայտնեց, որ բյուջետային ծրագրերի կատարողական հիմնական ցուցանիշների բարելավման առաջին փուլի աշխատանքներն ամփոփող համաժողովը կանցկացվի մայիսի 21-ին: «2013 թվականին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովն ընդունեց «ՀՀ Բյուջետային համակարգի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքը, որով առաջին անգամ ամրագրվեց և պարտադիր դարձավ Հայաստանում «ծրագրային բյուջետավորման» իրականացումը և այդ ձևաչափով տեղեկատվության ներկայացումը ՀՀ Ազգային ժողով: Համաձայն ՀՀ կառավարության ընթացիկ ծրագրի, նախատեսվում է ծրագրային բյուջետավորման ամբողջական անցում 2018 թվականից: Ծրագրային բյուջետավորման ներդրման հիմնական նպատակներն են` բյուջետային գործընթացի արդյունավետության բարձրացումը, բյուջեի թափանցիկության և հաշվետվողականության բարելավումը»,- ընդգծեց Մինասյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այդ ուղղությամբ կատարված առաջին փուլի աշխատանքների ամփոփիչ քննարկումը նախատեսվում է անցկացնել 2015թ. մայիսի 21-ին:

Համաժողովին մասնակցելու են ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը, ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ արտակարգ և լիազրո դեսպա Ռիչարդ Միլսը, ՀՀ-ում Գերմանիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ռայներ Մորելը, բարձրաստիճան այլ պաշտոնյաներ: Միջոցառումը կանցկացվի ԱԺ ոսկեզօծ դահլիճում:

Միջոցառման կազմակերպիչներն են` ՀՀ ԱԺ ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովը, ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ ՀԱԺԱԾ-ն և ԳՄՀԸ-ն:
