Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովը միասնական արժույթի անցնելու ուղղությամբ չի աշխատում

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շրջանակներում միասնական արժույթի անցում կատարելու հարց չի քննարկվում: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի անդամ, ֆինանսական և տնտեսական հարցերի համակարգող նախարար Տիմուր Սուլեյմանովը: «Եթե Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրների նախագահները նման որոշում կայացնեն, այդ ժամանակ միայն մենք այդ ուղղությամբ կսկսենք աշխատել: Այդպիսի որոշում դեռևս չի կայացվել, և մենք՝ որպես Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողով, այդ ուղղությամբ այս պահին չենք աշխատում»,- հայտարարեց Սուլեյմանովը: Նա ընդգծեց, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի հիմնական նպատակներից մեկն է միասնական ֆինանսական շուկայի ձևավորումը, որը պետք է իրականացվի 2025թ.:

«Դա Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրներին հնարավորություն կտա միության տարածքում իրականացնել ֆինանսական և ապահովագրական ծառայություններ առանց ազգային լիցենզիա ստանալու և առանց իրավաբանական անձ գրանցելու անհրաժեշտության: Դուք գիտեք, որ ներկայումս Ռուսաստանում աշխատել ցանկացող հայկական բանկը պետք է այնտեղ իրավաբանական անձ գրանցի, պետք է ստանա ռուսական լիցենզիա: Այդպես է նաև Ղազախստանում, Բելառուսում: Իսկ միասնական ֆինանսական շուկայի ձևավորումը, օրինակ, հայկական բանկին հնարավորություն կտա Հայաստանի լիցենզիայով ա շխատել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրներում»,- ասաց Տիմուր Սուլեյմանովը: Նա նկատեց, որ միասնական ֆինանսական շուկայի ստեղծումը շատ բարդ աշխատանք է ենթադրում, քանի որ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ բոլոր երկրները պետք է ժամանակի ընթացքում ներդաշնակեցնեն իրենց օրենսդրությունները: Նրա խոսքով՝ յուրաքանչյուր երկիր ունի իր բանկային համակարգը, իր ֆինանսական շուկան և մոտեցումները, իսկ միասնական ֆինանսական շուկայի ձևավորման համար հարկավոր է որքան հնարավոր է մոտեցնել միմյանց այդ համակարգերը, ինչն էլ բավականին բարդ աշխատանք է:

Անդրադառնալով ԵԱՏՄ միասնական մաքսային օրենսգիրք ստեղծելու նախաձեռնությանը՝ Սուլեյմանովը նշեց, որ դա շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի, քանի որ միայն այդպես հնարավոր կլինի ներդաշնակություն ստեղծել միության անդամ երկրների մաքսային օրենսդրությունների միջև, ինչն էլ կհեշտացնի երկրների միջև ապրանքների ազատ տեղաշարժը և առևտուրը:
