Ժողովուրդ, իսկ հնարավոր է՞, որ այս չեմ վճարելու, ալան-թալան, մեզ կերան, ուզում են էլի ժողովրդին թալանեն տիպի աղմուկը վերածենք լուրջ քննարկման, մասնագիտական եզրակացությունների հավաքման, փաստերի համակարգման և բաշխիչ ցանցերը ճիշտ կառավարելուն միտված լուրջ առաջարկների արշավի...

Օրինակ՝ խորհրդարանում օրենքներ երկնող ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորները որևէ տնտեսագիտական լուրջ հաշվարկ արել ե՞ն, թե ինչու է թանկանում էլեկտրոէներգիան, որն է այդ կորուստների պատճառը, ուր են հոսում ազգաբնակչությունից գանձվող բազմամիլիոն գումարները, որտեղ են թերանում բաշխիչ ցանցերի կառավարիչները և ի՞նչ մեխանիզմներով կարելի է կանխել սակագների թանկացումը: Երբ ֆեյսբուքյան որևէ ակտիվիստ պնդում է, որ հնարավոր է չթանկացնել, ավելին՝ էժանացնել էլ. էներգիայի սակագինը՝ ինչ որ տեղ նորմալ է, բայց երբ նման հայտարարություններ են հնչում կուսակցությունների կամ պատգամավորների մակարդակով՝ աբսուրդի ժանրից է...

Չգիտես ինչու՝ պայքար ասելով մենք հասկանում ենք բացառապես մի խումբ քաղաքացիների հավաք, ոստիկանների հետ քաշքշուկ և սելֆի ու մի թեթև հերոսացում՝ բերման ենթարկելու տեսքով, սակայն տնտեսության մեջ նման աղաղակող թանկացման դեպքում ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական կառույցները պետք է մշակեն այլընտրանքային ծրագիր՝ հստակ հաշվարկներով և համակարգը փրկելուն միտված առաջարկներով, հստակ գործող մեխանիզմներով և բացառապես սթափ տնտեսագիտական հաշվարկներով: Նման ծրագրերը պետք է բերվեն Ազգային ժողով, ապացուցվեն կետ առ կետ, այնուհետև պետք է միանա փողոցի ուժը՝ քաղաքացիական ակցիաների տեսքով իշխանությունների վրա ճնշում գործադրելու նպատակով:

Մինչդեռ բացի պոպուլիստական հայտարարություններից՝ առ այսօր որևէ հստակ ձևակերպված տնտեսագիտական միտք չլսեցինք հարցի վերաբերյալ: Բոլորս գիտենք, որ իշխանությունները վատն են ու ապաշնորհ՝ իրենց փնթի կառավարման եղանակով ու կոռումպացված համակարգերով, բայց դրա փոխարեն մենք չունենք ընդդիմության իրական ֆունկցիան՝ այլընտրանքային ծրագրերով ճնշել և բարելավել համակարգերի կառավարումը:

Նմանատիպ կոչերին մշտապես հետևում են շաբլոն դարձած արտահայտությունները՝ մինչև այս թալանչի իշխանությունները չհեռանան՝ ոչինչ չի փոխվելու... Ինչպես տեսնում եք՝ թարսի պես այս թալանչի իշխանությունները չեն հեռանում, իսկ մեր պայքարը հիստերիկ ճղճղոցից ու ոստիկանների հետ կրքոտ սելֆիներից այն կողմ չի անցնում...

Ու քանի դեռ երկիրը շարունակում է համառորեն գահավիժել՝ պոպուլիստական հայտարարություններով միավոր հավաքելու համար հիանալի առիթներ է ստեղծվում: Եթե իրապես մտահոգ լինեիք՝ լուրջ և մասնագիտական պայքար կմղեիք...

Իսկ եթե ձեր կուսակցություններում կամ խորհրդարանական խմբակցություններում մի քանի խելքը գլխին տնտեսագետ ու ինժեներ չկա՝ փակեք ձեր չբեր քաղաքական կառույցները...

Հա, չմոռանակ բանալին դնել շորի տակ... Մարդ ես, մեկ էլ տեսար ինքնահաստատվելու ավելի հարմար առիթներ եղան...
