Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում սերնդափոխության կարիք է տեսնում: Մայիսի 16-ին «Ալյանս ցենտրիստական կուսակցության» անդրանիկ համագումարում կուսակցության հիմնադիր Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանն ընդգծեց, որ երկրի առջև ծառացած խնդիրները և մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու համար իրենց հարկավոր են ազգի խնդիրներով մտահոգ, ազնիվ և պարկեշտ երիտասարդներ: «Երկրի առջև ծառացած են բազմաթիվ մարտահրավերներ, որոնք ունեն լուծման կարիք: Մենք Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում սերնդափոխության կարիք ենք տեսնում՝ այդ խնդիրներին լուծում տալու համար: Դրա համար մեզ անհրաժեշտ են երկրի ապագայով մտահոգված, ազնիվ և պարկեշտ երիտասարդներ, ովքեր «Ալյանս»-ի միջոցով կլծվեն այդ խնդիրների լուծման գործին»,- ասաց Ուրիխանյանը:

Նա անդրադարձ կատարեց նաև ոչ իշխանական ուժերի՝ որոշ ժամանակ առաջ ձևավորված միասնական օրակարգին: «Ուզում եմ նշել, որ այդ օրակարգը սոցիալական, տնտեսական էր, որից հետո այն դարձավ քաղաքական: Թե ինչ տեղի ունեցավ հետո, բոլորին հայտնի է՝ տապալվեց այդ ոչ իշխանական ուժերի համագործակցությունը: Հիմա հարց՝ կարիք չկա՞ ուժեղացնելու ոչ իշխանական ուժերի համագործակցությունը, թե փետրվարից հետո բոլոր հարցերը լուծվեցին: Ներկայումս պարզ ըմբռնելի հանգամանքները մեզ ստիպեցին ձևավորել «Ալյանս» կուսակցությունը»,- ասաց Ուրիխանյանը՝ հավե լելով, որ փետրվարյան իրադարձություններից հետո նոր կուսակցություն ստեղծելն իր համար օրվա հրամայական էր:

Համագումարի ընթացքում Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանն ընտրվեց «Ալյանս ցենտրիստական» կուսակցության նախագահ:

«Ալյանս ցենտրիստական» կուսակցության համագումարին ներկա էին ԲՀԿ խոսնակ Վահան Բաբայանը, ՀՅԴ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արծվիկ Մինասյանը, ՕԵԿ պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Մարգարյանը, «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցութան փոխնախագահ Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը, ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հայկ Բաբաուխանայնը, նախկինում ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Արագած Ախոյանը, Մարտուն Գրիգորյանը, Բազմասեր Առաքելյանը:
