««Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունը, Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովին ներկայացրած հայտի համաձայն, մտադիր է 1 կվտ/ժամ էլէներգիայի մատակարարման մարժան բարձրացնել ավելի քան 65 տոկոսով:

Այսինքն եթե ներկայումս մեկ կվտ/ժամ էլէներգիան ՀԷՑ-ը արտադրողից սպառողին հասցնելու համար ստանում է 12.46 դրամ եկամուտ, ապա մտադիր է այդ գումարը հասցնել 20.66 դրամի: Սա հենց մարժան է, որը ոչ մի կապ չունի էլէներգիայի արտադրության գների հետ: Անկախ նրանից, թե ՀԷՑ-ը արտադրողներից ինչ գնով կգնի մեկ կվտ/ժամը, սպառողին վաճառելու է դրանից 20.66 դրամ վերադիրով: Սա խոսում է այս ընկերության ունեցած չափազանց մեծ ախորժակի մասին: Սրա շնորհիվ ՀԷՑ-ը նախատեսում է սակագնի բարձրացումից հետո ստանալ տարեկան մոտ 15 միլիարդ դրամի շահույթ: Եվ դա այն դեպքում, երբ հենց իր ներկայացրած փաստաթղթերով մտադիր է մեծացնել կորուստները՝ նախատեսված 11.2 տոկոսից հասցնելով 12.4 տոկոսի: Նկատենք, որ 2014թ. նոյեմբերին էներգետիկայի նախարարությունում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանը հայտարարել է, որ կորուստների 1 տոկոսի իջեցումը հանգեցնում է 5.1 միլիարդ դրամի հավելյալ եկամուտի»,– գրում է թերթը։
