«Խուլիգանություն եմ համարում պատգամավորների նման պահվածքը». խոսելով ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի միջանցքներում Սարոյան-Փոստանջյան «մարտեր առանց կանոնների» սերիայից՝ նշեց ԱԺ պատգամավոր Ալեքսանդր Արզումանյանը:

Պատգամավորը նկատեց, որ նման դեպքերը կարծես թե սովորական են դարձել, բայց թե ինչու՞ է պատգամավորների խայտառակ պահվածքը վրիպում կամ անտեսվում էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի կողմից, մնում է հարցական. «Սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, որ Ազգային ժողովի նիստերի դահլիճում եւ միջանցքներում օրենսդիր մարմնի ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց ոչ կոռեկտ են պահում: Սեյրան Սարոյանի, Առաքել Մովսիսյանի եւ բոլոր մնացած պատգամավորների վարքագծի վրա պետք է հրավիրել էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի ուշադրությունը»:

Անդրադառնալով պատգամավորների միջեւ ծագած վիճաբանության բուն թեմային` մայիսի 2-ին Գորիս քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած ծեծկռտուքին, Ա. Արզումանյանն ասաց. «Գորիսում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերին նորմալ մարդն ինչպե՞ս կարող է նորմալ վերաբերվել. դա պարզապես խայտառակություն է: Նկատենք, որ ցանկացած ընդդիմադիր, ով դուրս է գալիս խաղաղ ցույց անելու, բերման է ենթարկվում: Մարդիկ ձերբակալվում են անգամ չարածի համար՝ ենթադրության հիման վրա, իբր բան է անելու, բայց սա կոնկրետ դեպք է ու անկախ նրանից, թե ով է մարդուն մարմնական վնասվածք հասցրել, պետք է պատասխանատություն կրի: Պետք է բոլորին բերման ենթարկեն, հարցաքննեն ու մեղադրանք ներկայացնեն»:

Խոսելով Սյունիքի մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի մասին, ում անունը վերջին շրջանում առավել քան շատ է շոշափվում մամուլում՝ տարբեր հայտնի իրադարձությունների հետ կապված, պատգամավորը նկատեց. «Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանին ընդհանրապես այդ պաշտոնին նշանակելն էր սխալ: Հայ ժողովուրդը եւ բոլորը գիտեն, որ Սյունիքի համար նման մարզպետ ունենալն ամոթ է, իսկ թե ինչու, ասեմ՝ կարդացեք նրա կենսագրությունն ու ամեն ինչ պարզ կդառնա»:
