ՀՀ առևտրային հիմնական գործընկեր Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից սպասվող դրամական փոխանցումների էական նվազմամբ և տնտեսությունում թույլ ներդրումային ակտիվությամբ պայմանավորված` Հայաստանի կենտրոնական բանկը կանխատեսում է տնտեսությունում մասնավոր հատվածի ծախսումների 3.5 տոկոս կրճատում: ՀՀ ԿԲ-ի հրապարակած «Գնաճի հաշվետվության» համաձա յն` 2015 թվականին ակնկալվում է մասնավոր ծախսումների ավելի փոքր նվազում, որը պայմանավորված է տարվա ընթացքում սպասվող ընդլայնողական հարկաբյուջետային քաղաքականությամբ:

2014 թվականի վերջին գների և ֆինանսական կայունության ապահովման նպատակով դրամավարկային պայմանների խստացումը 2015 թ. սկզբից սկսած փոխարինվել է դրամավարկային պայմանների զգալի թուլացմամբ, որը հնարավորություն կտա մեղմելու մասնավոր ծախսումների մակարդակի սպասվող կրճատումը 2015 թվականին:

ԿԲ-ը կանխատեսում է, որ 2016-2017 թվականներին մասնավոր ծախսումները աստիճանաբար կվերականգնվեն` արձանագրելով չափավոր աճի տեմպեր: Նշված ժամանակահատվածում մասնավոր ծախսումների բացասական ազդեցությունը տնտեսական աճի վրա կմեղմվի:

Հայաստանի գլխավոր դրամատան գնահատականներով` ՌԴ-ից դրամական փոխանցումների նշանակալի կրճատման և տնտեսության վարկավորման տեմպերի թուլացման հետևանքով 2015 թվականին տնային տնտեսությունների կողմից վերջնական սպառմանն ուղղված ծախսումները իրական արտահայտությամբ կկրճատվեն 2.5 տոկոսով: Նշենք, սակայն, որ մասնավոր սպառման նվազումը նախորդ կանխատեսումների համեմատ ավելի փոքր է գնահատվում, ինչը պայմանավորված է 2015 թվականին սպասվող ավելի բարձր տնտեսական ակտիվությամբ, հարկաբյուջետային և դրամավարկային խթաններով, ինչպես նաև դրամական փոխանցումների նվազման ավելի դանդաղ տեմպերով:
