ԼՂՀ 2014թ. պետբյուջեի կատարողականը ներկայացվել է խորհրդարանին

 Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովում հունիսի 1-ին պաշտոնապես ներկայացվել է 2014 թվականի պետական բյուջեի կատարման տարեկան հաշվետվությունը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, նիստը վարել է խորհրդարանի գլխադասային՝  ֆինանսաբյուջետային եւ տնտեսական կառավարման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռուսլան Իսրայելյանը։

Օրենսդիր-գործադիր քննարկմանը ներկա են եղել ԼՂՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը, վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Վահրամ Բալայանը, մշտական հանձնաժողովների ու պատգամավորական խմբակցությունների անդամներ, նախարարներ ու գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներ:

Կառավարության լիազորմամբ բյուջեի կատարողականի վերաբերյալ ամփոփ հաղորդմամբ հանդես է եկել ԼՂՀ ֆինանսների եւ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Սպարտակ Թեւոսյանը: Գործադիրի լիազորի ներկայացմամբ` հաշվետու տարում տնտեսական աճը կազմել է 8.9 տոկոս, անվանական արտահայտությամբ համախառն ներքին արդյունքը (ՀՆԱ)՝ 188.8 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ:  Մեկ շնչին ընկնող ՀՆԱ-ն կազմել է 1.268.1 հազար դրամ` նախորդ տարվա 1137.9 հազար դրամի դիմաց: Պետական բյուջեի սեփական եկամուտները կազմել են 31485369.5 հազար դրամ կամ տարվա ծրագրով նախատեսված մուտքերի մակարդակի 92.7 տոկոսը: Պետբյուջեի միջոցների հաշվին իրականացվել են 78126479.6 հազար դրամի ծախսեր` կազմելով նախատեսված ծրագրի 96.1 տոկոսը:

Նախորդ տարվա բյուջեի կատարողականի առանձին դրույթների վերաբերյալ պատգամավորների բարձրացրած հարցերին վարչապետն ու ֆինանսների եւ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարը տվել են լրացուցիչ պարզաբանումներ:

Նիստի ավարտին հայտարարվել է, որ 2014 թվականի պետական բյուջեի կատարողականի քննարկումները կշարունակվեն խորհրդարանի մշտական հանձնաժողովներում եւ պատգամավորական խմբակցություններում` համաձայն հաստատված ժամանակացույցի։
