Ինչո՞վ է առանձնահատուկ հայ-չեխական գործարար համաժողովը

Նարեկ Պողոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Պրահայում հունիսի 2-ին Հայաստանի և Չեխիայի վարչապետների մասնակցությամբ տեղի է ունեցել հայ-չեխական գործարար համաժողովի բացումը: Համաժողովին Չեխիայից մասնակցել են շուրջ 100, Հայաստանից՝ 50-ից ավելի գործարարներ: Նշենք, որ վերջին մեկ ու կես տարվա ընթացքում սա արդեն երրորդ հայ-չեխական գործարար համաժողովն է, ինչը վկայում է երկուստեք տնտեսական հետաքրքրվածության մասին:

Հետաքրքիր է, որ նման համաժողովների անցկացումն արդեն ավանդույթ է դարձել, սակայն հարկ է ընդգծել, որ վերջին համաժողովն ինչ-որ առումով առանձնահատուկ է, քանի որ այն անցկացվում է ոչ միայն լայն ֆորմատով, այլև նոր հնարավորություններ է ընձեռում ինչպես երկու երկրների բարեկամական հարաբերությունների և տնտեսական համագործակցության հետագա ընդլայնման, այնպես էլ գործարարների կողմից երկուստեք գործակցության հետագա հնարավորությունները և շուկաներ բացահայտելու տեսանկյունից:

Նշենք, որ նույնիսկ Արևտուք-Ռուսաստան լարված հարաբերությունների և տնտեսական պատժամիջոցների ֆոնին Հայաստանը և Չեխիան երկուստեք առևտրի ծավալները մեծացնելու մեծ պոտենցիալ ունեն:
Առաջին հերթին, 2015 թվականի հունվարից անդամակցելով Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը՝ Հայաստանն անարգել մուտք ունի 170 միլիոնանոց միասնական շուկա և միևնույն ժամանակ օգտվում է երրորդ երկրներից 750 ապրանքատեսակի համար ներմուծման արտոնյալ և ԵՏՄ երկրներից հումքի անմաքս ներմուծման իրավունքներից: Այս հանգամանքը հնարավորություն է տալիս Չեխիային օգտագործել ընձեռնված հնարավորությունը՝ Հայաստանի միջոցով դուրս գալ ԵՏՄ շուկա և օգտվել հումքային բազայից:

Բացի այդ Հայաստանը ներկայումս ընդգրկված է նաև ԵՄ կողմից տրամադրվող «Արտոնությունների ընդհանրացված համալրված համակարգ» (GSP+) առևտրային ռեժիմից օգտվող երկրների ցանկում, ինչը լուրջ խթան է հայկական արտադրողների համար դեպի Չեխիա և ԵՄ այլ երկրներ արտահանումն աշխուժացնելու գործում:

Հաշվի առնելով նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ վերջին շրջանում առևտրաշրջանառուրթյան հաշվեկշիռը երկու երկրների միջև նվազել է` (Եթե 2013թ.-ի տնտեսական ցուցանիշների համաձայն՝ Հայաստանի և Չեխիայի միջև ներմուծումը կազմել է 8,437 մլն դոլար, իսկ արտահանումը՝ 21,184 մլն դոլար, ապա 2014թ-ին ներմուծումը կազմել է 1,440 մլն դոլար դոլար, իսկ արտահանումը՝ 19,819 մլն դոլար), հայ-չեխական համաժողովը լրացուցիչ կարևորություն է ստանում:

Ամփոփելով կարելի է նշել, որ արդեն 2015թ-ին Հայաստանի և Չեխիայի միջև առևտրաշրջանառության տնտեսական ցուցանիշները ևս ի ցույց կդնեն գործարար համաժողովի էֆեկտիվության աստիճանը:
