Ադրբեջանական մամուլը հերթական ապատեղեկատվական քարոզչաալիքն է բարձրացրել Խորվաթիայի Ռովին քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած՝ ՄԱԿ-ի Զբոսաշրջության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության Գործադիր խորհրդի 100-րդ նստաշրջանի կապակցությամբ: Այդ երկրի ԶԼՄ-ները նստաշրջանում կայացված որոշումները ներկայացրել են մտացածին և կամայական մեկնաբանություններով:

Դեռևս 2014թ. աշնանը Սամարղանդում տեղի ունեցած՝ ՄԱԿ-ի ԶՀԿ ԳԽ 99-րդ նստաշրջանում Ադրբեջանը հանդես էր եկել կազմակերպության նպատակներին հակասող քաղաքականացված բանաձևի նախագծով, որն առանց քննարկվելու հանվել էր օրակարգից՝ հայկական պատվիրակության ջանքերով: Այն փոխանցվել էր Զբոսաշրջության էթիկայի համաշխարհային կոմիտեին, քանի որ Գործադիր խորհրդի անդամները արձանագրել էին, որ հարցը հակասում է կազմակերպության առաքելությանը և նպատակներին:

Ռովինում կայացած նստաշրջանում Գործադիր խորհուրդն ընդամենը քննարկել է Զբոսաշրջության էթիկայի համաշխարհային կոմիտեի խորհրդատվական բնույթի առաջարկությունը՝ առանց անգամ անդրադառնալու Ադրբեջանի կողմից երկրորդ անգամ ներկայացված բանաձևի նախագծին` չնայած ադրբեջանական կողմի ապարդյուն դիմադրությանը:

Արդյունքում Գործադիր խորհուրդը պարզապես ի գիտություն է ընդունել Էթիկայի կոմիտեի խորհրդատվական առաջարկությունը՝ հստակորեն նշելով, որ տվյալ թեմայով ցանկացած այլ հարցի դեպքում միակ հղումը կարող է լինել ի գիտություն ընդունված այդ առաջարկությունը: Այդ առաջարկությունում հոստակորեն նշված է, որ զբոսաշրջությունը նպաստում է «միջազգային հակամարտությունների և պետությունների միջև հակասությունների մեղմացմանը, աշխարհում խաղաղության հաստատմանը»:

Այսպիսով, փաստորեն վերջ է դրվել հետագայում ևս ադրբեջանական որևէ նման նկրտումների հնարավոր դրսևորմանը: Խորհրդի նիստում հանդես եկած պատվիրակությունները իրենց գրավոր և բանավոր ելույթներում խստորեն դատապարտել են կազմակերպության գործունեությունը քաղաքականացնելու ադրբեջանական հերթական փորձը:
