Կրկին հայկական լրատվական դաշտում աղմկոտ քննարկումների սեզոն է. հիմա էլ համացանցը ողողել է տեղեկատվությունն այն մասին, որ Իրան-Հայաստան գազատարի Մեղրի - Քաջարան 40 կիլոմետրանոց հատվածը վաճառվում է «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերությանը:

Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ գազատարի Մեղրի - Քաջարան հատվածի վաճառքի գործարքը կայացել է մոտ տասը տարի առաջ՝ զարմանալիորեն այդ փաստը բուռն քննարկումների առարկա է դարձել վերջին օրերին:

Հարցի պարզաբանման համար Orer.am-ը դիմեց ՀՀ Էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարություն, որտեղից մեզ փոխանցեցին հետևյալը.

«Իրան-Հայաստան գազատարի Մեղրի-Քաջարան հատվածի գործարքը ՀՀ Կառավարության և Ռուսական «Գազպրոմ» ԲԲԸ միջև տեղի է ունեցել դեռևս 2007 թվականին, որի շրջանակներում վճարվել է 30 մլն. ԱՄՆ դոլար կանխավճար:
ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ անկախ նրանից, թե հանրապետության էներգետիկ որ կառույցի սեփականատերը ով է, որ երկիրն է ներկայացնում, նրա գործունեությունը կարգավորվում է ՀՀ Էներգետիկայի մասին օրենքով:

Տարատեսակ մեկնաբանությունները, թե գազատարի Մեղրի - Քաջարան հատվածի վաճառքի պարագայում լիցենզավորված գործունեություն իրականացնող ընկերությունը կարող է կամայականությունները դրսևորել անհիմն է, քանի որ տվյալ դեպքում դաշտը կարգավորվում է ՀՀ Էներգետիկայի մասին օրենքի 53-րդ հոդված 1,2 մասերով:
Գազատարն առայժմ գտնվում է «ԲԷՑ» ՓԲԸ-ի հաշվեկշռում և «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ն այն շահագործում է վարձակալությամբ: Ներկայումս գազատարի Մեղրի - Քաջարան հատվածի վաճառքի գործարքը գտնվում է ավարտական փուլում:

Գազատարի վերջնական արժեքը կորոշվի անկախ աուդիտի եզրակացությունից հետո, ինչի արդյուքում կկատարվեն մնացած վճարումները և գազատարը կհանձնվի «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ին, որը մասնագիտացված կառույց է և կարող է իրականացնել այդ ծառայությունները»:
