Տիգրանուհի Դավթյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Որոտան հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների համալիր» ընկերության գույքի առքուվաճառքի պայմանագիրը լրամշակվելուց փոփոխվելուց հետո, այսօր արդեն ստորագրվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, «Որոտան հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների համալիր», «Քոնթուր գլոբալ հիդրոկասկադ», «Քոնթուր գլոբալ տերրա հոլդինգս» և «Սի-Ջի սոլյուշնս գլոբալ հոլդինգ քամփնի» ընկերությունների միջև:

Ընկերության գույքի առքուվաճառքի պայմանագիրը հայ ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների ամրապնդմանն ուղղված կարևոր քայլ է: Այս քայլով ավելի է ընդգծվում ամերիկյան ներդրողների հետաքրքրությունները` Հայաստանում ծրագրեր իրականացնելու տեսանկյունից: Այս ընթացքում երկու երկրների միջև արդեն ստորագրվել են համագործակցության մի քանի համաձայնագրեր:
Հիշեցնենք, որ մայիսին Վաշինգտոնում ստորագրվեց «Առևտրի և ներդրումների մասին շրջանակային համաձայնագիր», որն էլ ներդրումների ներգրավման, ապրանքաշրջանառության և առևտրի խրախուսման տեսանկյունից հուսալի հեռանկար էր ուրվագծում: 
Բացի դա, չմոռանանք նաև, որ մայիսի 7-ին Հայաստանն ու ԱՄՆ-ն ստորագրել են Առեւտրի եւ ներդրումների շրջանակային համաձայնագիրը, որով նախատեսվում է ձեւավորել Առեւտրի եւ ներդրումների հայ-ամերիկյան խորհուրդ:
Խորհուրդը կոչված է բացահայտելու երկկողմ ներդրումների եւ առեւտրի նոր ոլորտներ եւ աշխատանքներ տանելու դրանց զարգացման ու այդ ճանապարհին հնարավոր խոչընդոտների վերացման ուղղությամբ։

Վերադառնալով Որոտանի թեմային, արձանագրենք, որ ընկերության գույքի առքուվաճառքի գործարքը վերոնշյալ ընկերությունների միջև էներգետիկ համակրգում ներդրումների տեսանկյունից բավականին կարևոր էր: Եթե փորձենք վերհիշել վերջին ժամանակաշրջանում ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից ՀՀ-ում կատարված ներդրումային ծրագրերը, ապա դժվար կլինի մտաբերել այսօրինակ մեծամասշտաբ որևէ գործարք:

«Որոտան հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների համալիր» ընկերության գույքի առքուվաճառքը, նոր պատուհան է բացում հայ ամերիկյան տնտեսական հարաբերությունների շրջանակներում: 
Սի-Ջի սոլյուշնս գլոբալ հոլդինգ քամփնի» ընկերության գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Ջոզեֆ Բրանդտը վարչապետի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ, անդրադառնալով «Որոտան հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների համալիր» ընկերության գույքի առքուվաճառքի պայմանագրի ստորագրմանը, ընդգծել է, որ իրենք շահագրգռված են մեծածավալ ներդրումներ կատարել` Որոտան հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների համալիրի արդիականացման և լիարժեք գործարկման համար:

Կարծում եմ, որ ամերիկյան ընկերությունների կողմից կատարվող ներդրումները լինելու են շարունակական: Համաձայնենք, որ այսօր արդեն փոխգործակցության արդյունքները շոշափելի են:
