Դատելով ներքաղաքական զարգացումներից, Հայաստանում սկսվել է համապետական ընտրությունների խորհրդարանական փուլին նախապատրաստվելու ակտիվ շրջանը՝ հիմնադրվեցին գերազանցապես երիտասարդ գործիչներով համալրված երկու նոր կուսակցություններ, համախոհների ու գործընկերների շրջանակն ընդլայնելուն ուղղված գործուն քայլեր է ձեռնարկում ՕԵԿ-ը, որի քաղաքական պասիվության ժամանակահատվածն այլևս ավարտված կարելի է համարել: Այս քաղաքական ուժերն ակնհայտորեն հավակնում են հաջորդ գումարման ԱԺ-ում խախտել ներկայումս գոյություն ունեցող տոկոսային համամասնություններն ի հաշիվ ՀԱԿ-ից, Ժառանգությունից, Դաշնակցությունից “խլված” պատգամավորական մանդատների: Ընդ որում, այս համատեքստում կարևոր չի լինելու, թե արդյոք Հայաստանը կմնա կիսանախագահական պետություն, թե կդառնա խորհրդարանական հանրապետություն: Այժմ կարելի է հնարավոր համարել այն, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից ՔՊ կուսակցության հիմնադրումը կարող է պատճառ դառնալ ԱԺ-ից ՀԱԿ-ի դուրսմղման համար, իսկ ՕԵԿ-ի ակտիվացումը նույն դերը կարող է խաղալ նաև Ժառանգության պարագայում: Հաշվի առնելով հայաստանյան “ընտրություններ” կոչված երևույթի առանձնահատկությունները, կարելի է կանխատեսել, որ հաջորդ ԱԺ-ն ևս ձևավորվելու է քաղաքական գործընթացների տարբեր ներքին ու արտաքին դերակատարների և ՀՀ գործող իշխանության միջև ձեռք բերված ստվերային պայմանավորվածությունների հիման վրա: Սակայն, ամեն դեպքում, գործընթացի հիմնական ինտրիգն այն է լինելու, թե արդյոք բարձրագույն իշխանության լծակները կշարունակեն մնալ արցախյան խմբավորման ձեռքին, թե Հայաստանի քաղաքական պատմության այս փուլը կավարտվի ու կսկվի Արցախի հարցի և արցախցիների քաղաքական, ապա նաև տնտեսական ազդեցության արհեստական-պարտադրված կտրուկ նվազեցման փուլը:
