Սպառողների իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում հասարակական գործունեության իրականացումն ակամա ենթադրում է նաև անդրադարձ նույն ոլորտում գործող պետական կառույցների գործունեությանը: Պատճառն ինքնին մեկն է. հասարակական սեկտորը կարող է ապահովել միայն սպառողների` տեղեկացված և լսելի լինելու իրավուքների իրացումը, իսկ մնացած հիմնարար իրավունքների իրացման համար պատասխանատու են համապատասխան պետական կառույցները: Ամենևին գերխնդիր չսահմանելով քննադատությունը` այդուհանդերձ չենք կարող խուսափել քննադատությունից, երբ բարձրաձայնում ենք առկա խնդրի մասին, առաջարկում լուծման մեխանիզմները, իսկ խնդիրն այդպես էլ լուծում չի ստանում: Հիմնական նպատակ ունենալով ի վերջո լուծում տալ պրոբլեմին` ստիպված շատ ավելի խիստ քննադատության ենք ենթարկում որևէ պետական կառույցի, երբ, ըստ էության չմերժելով պրոբլեմի առկայությունը, որևէ հակափաստարկ չներկայացնելով մեր կողմից առաջարկված լուծման մեխանիզմին` այդուհանդերձ շարունակում են նույն` անտարբեր և սիրողական ոճի գործունեությունը: 
Պարզից էլ պարզ է, որ ոչ բոլոր պետական ծառայողներն են անտարբեր կամ ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ, և հետևաբար համակարգի քննադատությունը չի կարող ուղղված լինել համակարգում աշխատող բոլոր անձանց: Հատկանշական է, որ հաճախ սեմինարների կամ ինչ-որ քննարկումների ժամանակ շփվում եմ անգամ պետական պաշտոնյաների հետ, ովքեր ոչ միայն հմակարծիք են, որ տեղին է բարձրաձայնվում պրոբլեմը և կիսում են առաջարկված լուծման մեխանիզմը, այլև անկեղծորեն ուրախանում են, քանզի իրենք էլ համակարգի ներսում բարձրաձայնել են, սակայն «որոշում կայացնողների» կողմից մնացել են չլսված: Եվ անգամ, նախքան որևէ քննադատական ելույթով հանդես գալը, հիշում եմ նման մարդկանց: Այս իմաստով առանձնահատուկ է հատկապես, երբ ստիպված եմ լինում անդրադառնալ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությանը: Կարծում եմ` ավելորդ է մեկնաբանել, որ աշխատանքային երկու տարիների ընթացքում որքան հարցերի շուրջ, որքան մարդկանց հետ ենք եղել համակարծիք, կամ որքան մարդու հետ ենք, ընդհուպ արտաժամյա, քննարկել համակարգում առկա պրոբլեմները, փնտրել դրանց լուծման մեխանիզմները, մտահոգվել միասին: Ամեն անգամ, երբ ստիպված եմ լինում անդրադառնալ ոլորտին, համոզված եմ, որ այդ անձինք վստահ են` քննադատությունս իրենց ուղղված չէ:

Սպառողների իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում խնդիրներն իսկապես շատ են, կան խնդիրներ, որոնք մեկ օրում լուծելի չեն, և սիրողականությունն ու անտարբերությունն ընդամենը դանդաղեցնում են այդ խնդիրների լուծման գործընթացը, բայց երբ խոսքը վերաբերում է անվտանգությանը, մարդու կյանքին կամ առողջությանը, այստեղ սիրողականությունն ու անտարբերությունն ուղղակի անհանդուրժելի են, դատապարտելի, հանցավոր և հակաքրիստոնեական:

Գազալցակայաններում պայթյուններ, մարդկային զոհեր, զանգվածային թունավորումներ, մարդկանց կյանքին և առողջությանը հասցված վնաս. և սրանք միայն տեսանելի վնասներն են, իսկ հորմոնալ շեղումների, քաղցկեղի թվի մեծացման, ալերգիաների շատացման, չբերություն և այլնի մասին… 

Նույնքան հանցավոր է այս ամենը հանդուրժելն ու չդատապարտելը, մեղավորներին չհայտնաբերելն ու չպատժելը:
