 Բաքվում առաջին Եվրոպական խաղերին ընդառաջ միջազգային հանրության կողմից առկա բացասական տրամադրվածությունն Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ, ինչպես նաև այդ խաղերի բացման արարողությանը մասնակցելուց շատ պետությունների ղեկավարների հրաժարվելու փաստը շարունակում է դրդել ադրբեջանական կողմին փնտրել իրավիճակի մտացածին մեղավորների: Եվ ինչպես միշտ  ադրբեջանական կողմի հորիզոնում են հայտնվում Հայաստանն ու հայկական սփյուռքը: Ադրբեջանական ԱՊԱ գործակալությունը Եվրոպական խաղերին մասնա կցելուց հրաժարվող պետությունների վարքագիծն արդարացնելու նպատակով այս անգամ մեղադրանքների թիրախում է դրել Հայ դատի ԱՄՆ հանձնախմբին:

Լրատվամիջոցը հոդված է հրապարակել` նշելով, թե իբր Բաքվի Եվրոպական խաղերը բոյկոտելու կոչերի հետևում կանգնած է Հայ դատի ԱՄՆ հանձնախումբը, որի ղեկավար Արամ Համփարյանը «Թվիթեր»-ի իր միկրոբլոգում համապատասխան գրառում է կատարել:

Չբավարարվելով, կարծես, թվիթերյան գրառումը մեջ բերելուց, ԱՊԱ-ն «պատմական ակնարկ» է մեջբերել Հայ դատի ԱՄՆ հանձնախմբից` նշելով, թե իբր վերջինս «ԱՄՆ-ում ամենամեծ և ծայրահեղական հայկական կազմակերպությունն է»:

Ավելի վաղ նույն իշխանամետ գործակալությունը մեղադրանքներ էր հնչեցրել Հունաստանի և ԵՄ-ի հասեցին` նշելով, թե իբր վերջիններս գաղտնի աշխատանքներ են տանում եվրոպական երկրների հետ` հորդորելով նրանց չմասնակցել Բաքվում կայանալիք Եվրոպական խաղերի բացման արարողությանը: Ավելի ուշ, իհարկե, թե’ Հունաստանը, թե’ ԵՄ-ն պաշտոնապես հերքեցին տարածված ապատեղեկատվություն` նշելով, որ լրատվամիջոցը իրենց հեղինակությունը սևացնող հրապարակում է արել:

Ադրբեջանում խաղերի բացման արարողություններին մասնակցելուց արդեն հրաժարվել է Գերմանիան, որի ոչ կանցլերը, ոչ էլ արտգործնախարարը, ըստ գերմանական ԶԼՄ-ների, ներկայացված չեն լինելու հունիսի 12-ին Բաքվում: Ֆրանսիան ևս որևէ պաշտոնյայի մակարդակով չի լինի Բաքվում: Համաձայն Ադրբեջանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Պասկալ Մոնյեի հայտարարության` բացմանը երկիրը ներկայացնող միակ պաշտոնական դեմքը լինելու է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի Ֆրանսիայի համանախագահ Պիեր Անդրյուն:
