Օմբուդսմենը վերահաստատել է, որ  ծնողների բոլոր դժգոհությունները, այդ թվում՝ պարբերաբար հավաքների իրականացումը, նրանց որդիների մահվան դեպքերով քրեական գործերի ամբողջապես բացահայտված չլինելու և կասկածները փարատված չլինելու հետևանք են: Օմբուդսմենը կրկին հիշեցրել է իր բազմիցս արտահայտած համոզումը, որ խնդրի լուծմանն էականորեն կնպաստիմիջկուսակցական խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի ստեղծումը:Նման հանձնաժողովը,պահպանելով քրեական դատավարության բոլոր պահանջները, առանձին-առանձինկուսումնասիրեր քրեական գործերը և խորհրդակցական բնույթի առաջարկություններ կներկայացներ հանրությանն ու համապատասխան մարմիններին՝ քննությունը փակուղային վիճակից դուրս բերելու համար: Առաջարկը, ցավոք, դեռևս չի ընդունվել առանձին քաղաքական ուժերի ու որոշ պետական պաշտոնյաների կողմից, ինչն էլ հանգեցրել է նման երկարատև և անցանկալի հետևանքների:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում զինծառայողների ծնողների հետ քննարկվել են խաղաղ ակցիաների անցկացման հետ կապված հարցերն ու խնդրի շուրջ եղած մտահոգությունները: Ծնողներն իրենց հերթին հայտնել են, որ ստացել են Օմբուդսմենի կայացրած խախտման որոշումը, որում, մասնավորապես, անդրադարձ էր կատարվել 2015թ. փետրվարի 11-ին նրանց հավաքի ընթացքում ոտիկանության ծառայողների գործողություններին: Օմբուդսմենի որոշման մեջ նշվել էր, որ նույն այդ տարածքում մի շարք դեպքերում նույն անձանց կողմից անցկացվել են հավաքներ, որտեղ նրանք դրսևորել են նույնանման վարքագիծ, արտահայտել նույն պահանջները, սակայն հավաքները չեն դիտարկվել որպես պետական մարմնի բնականոն գործունեությանը սպառնացող հեռավորության վրա իրականացվող ակցիաներ: Նման հիմնավորմամբ Օմբուդսմենը ոստիկանության գործողությունները գնահատել էր ոչ իրավաչափ և գտել, որ խախտվել են զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողների իրավունքները:

Զինծառայողների ծնողների հետ համաձայնեցվեց նրանց խնդիրների հետ կապված աշխատանքները շարունակել Օմբուդսմենի՝ զինծառայողների իրավունքների հարցերով տեղակալի և արագ արձագանքման վարչության հետ: Հանդիպման ավարտին Օմբուդսմենը վերահաստատեց, որ շարունակելու է հնարավորինս աջակցել ծնողներին իրենց սահմանադրական բոլոր իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցում:
