Լյուքսեմբուրգի Մեծ Դքսություն կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում հունիսի 11-ին ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը հանդիպել է Եվրոպական Հանձնաժողովի (ԵՀ) անդամ, ԵՄ Տրանսպորտի հարցերով հանձնակատար Վիոլետա Բուլչին: Ինչպես  փոխանցեցին ՀՀ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանդիպմանը եվրոպական կողմից մասնակցել են նաև Եվրոպական Հանձնաժողովի Շար ժունակության և տրանսպորտի Գլխավոր տնօրինության տնօրեն Ժոաո Ագիար Մաչադոն, իսկ հայկական կողմից` Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Արման Խաչատրյանը և ԵՄ-ում ՀՀ առևտրական կցորդ Վարոս Սիմոնյանը:

Նախարար Ճշմարիտյանը կարևորել է ընթացիկ տարվա փետրվարին ԵՀ Շարժունակության և տրանսպորտի Գլխավոր տնօրինության փաստահավաք առաքելության այցը Հայաստան, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել և ճշգրտվել են բանակցությունների մեկնարկին առնչվող որոշ մասնագիտական և տեխնիկական հարցեր: Կողմերն անհրաժեշտ են համարել հստակեցնել բանակցությունների մեկնարկին առնչվող կոնկրետ ժամկետները: Հանձնակատար Վիոլետա Բուլչը տեղեկացրել է, որ Հայաստանը Չինաստանի, Պարսից Ծոցի որոշ երկրների հետ ընդգրկված է առաջնային երկրների շարքում և Հայաստանի մանդատի հարցը ներառված է ավիացիայի վերաբերյալ ԵՄ նոր փաթեթում, որի մեկնարկը նախատեսվում է նոյեմբերին:

Քննարկմանը կարևորվել է այն հանգամանքը, որ նախարար Ճշմարիտյանի և հանձնակատար Բուլչի միջև 2014թ. դեկտեմբերին կայացած նախորդ հանդիպման ընթացքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններն իրագործվել են, հատկապես փաստահավաք առաքելության Հայաստան կատարած այցը և բանակցային գործընթացին առնչվող որոշակի տեխնիկական հարցերի ճշգրտումը: ԵՄ-ՀՀ ընդհանուր ավիացիոն գոտու շուրջ բանակցությունների առնչությամբ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել ձևավորել մասնագիտական տեխնիկական խմբեր:

Նախարար Ճշմարիտյանը նաև ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանի փորձը կարելի է դիտարկել որպես հաջող օրինակ, նկատի ունենալով, որ Հայաստանը, հանդիսանալով Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկիր, շարունակում է ակտիվորեն համագործակցել Եվրամիության, ԱՄՆ-ի և արևմտյան այլ երկրների հետ: Որպես ասվածի վկայություն` մատնանշվել է ԱՄՆ-ի և ՀՀ միջև արդեն իսկ ստորագրված Առևտրի և ներդրումների վերաբերյալ շրջանակային համաձայմնագիրը, ՀՀ-ԵՄ երկկողմ առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության ապագա ձևաչափի և իրավական շրջանակների հստակեցմանն ուղղված բանակցային գործընթացը և Ե Մ-ՀՀ ընդհանուր ավիացիոն գոտու վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի գործընթացը:
