Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ ԱԺ-ում էլէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման վերաբերյալ լսումների ընթացքը հիշեցնում էր համաշխարհային գրական ժառանգության գոհարներից մեկը, ավելի կոնկրետ` «Թշվառները», որի դերում 6000-ամյա ազգն էր, և «Ավազակները», որի դերակարները ՀԷՑ-ը և ՀԿԾԽ-ն էին:

Լսումներից, գոնե հասարակության մի զգալի հատվածի համար, պարզ դարձավ, որ էլէներգիայի թանկացման մեջ կան իրական մեղավորներ, սակայն բոլորը համառորեն պնդում են, որ «մեղավորը» սակավաջուր տարիներն են, որի հետևանքով ՀԷՑ-ը աշխատել է վնասով: Սակայն աբսուրդն այն էր, որ ՀԷՑ-ի կողմից կատարված և լկտիաբար հրապարակած անարդարությունների, չարաշահումների, ցոփ պահվածքի մեղավորները, որքան էլ, որ տարօրինակ է, ոչ թե երկրային արածներ էին, այս ամենի մեջ իրենց լուրջ ներդրումն ունեն ամենակարող Տերը և Խավարի տիրակալը: 
ՀԾԿՀ-ը նածագահ Նազարյանը կատարեց դարի գյուտը. «Ըստ վերլուծությունների` դա ՀԷՑ-ի հետ կապված չէ, նրա գործունեության հետ որևէ առնչություն չունի: Էներգետիկ հաշվեկշիռը չի պահպանվել մի տարի սակավաջրության, հաջորդ տարի` սակավաջրության ու ատոմակայանի չաշխատելու պատճառով: Ես կարծում եմ` Աստծո մատը այստեղ խառն է: Եթե սակավաջրություն է, ի՞նչ կարող ենք անել»: Այնուհետև կենացներ էլ ավելի թանկացան ու քաղցրացան:

ԱԺ-ը պատգամավորներից մեկը «հանճարեղ տեսակետին» հակադրվեց ևս մի վերմարդկային տեսությամբ. «Ոչ թե Աստծո մատն է խառը, տվյալ դեպքում, այս ամենը սատանան է խառնել: Ուղղակի էլեկտրաէներգետիկ հաշվեկշռի բացասական փոփոխությունը հանգեցրել է այս վիճակին, եւ սուբյեկտիվ գործոնները, որոնք նշեցիք, ավելի ցցուն են դարձել»: 
Կատարվածի զավեշտն այն է, որ իրականում այդքան առաջնային նշանակություն ունցող և լայն արձագանք ստացած հարցի քննարկումն ուղղակի վերածել էր ինչ-որ անտիկի կրոնա-դավանաբանական ուսմունքի ուսումնասիրության, իսկ Նազարյանը իրեն կարծես թե պատկերացնում էր ԴԱԼԱՅ ԼԱՄԱՅԻ կարգավիճակում:

Սա անթույլատրելի ու արհամարական վերաբերմունք է և ՀԷՑ կոչված ԽԱՆՈՒԹԻ, և ՀԾԿՀ կոչված առաքիչի կողմից հայոց պետականության նկատմամբ:
