 Ռուսական կողմն արդեն քրեական գործ է հարուցել հունիս 15-ին Գյումրիում ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի զինծառայողի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրեց  Գյումրիում տեղակայված 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի պետի` անձնակազմի հետ տարվող աշխատանների գծով տեղակալ գնդապետ Ալեքսեյ Պոլյուխովիչը: «Այս պահին արդեն ՌԴ քրեական օրենսգրքի 105-րդ հոդվածի՝ սպանութուն, հատկանիշն երով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Տարվում է նախաքննություն: Կա կասկածյալ, որ նույն զորամասի պայմանագային զինծառայող է: Այլ ինֆորմացիա այս պահին դեռ չկա»,-նշեց պատասխանատուն:

Դիակն այս պահին դեռ «Մայր Հայաստան» հուշահամալիրի տարածքում է: Իրավապահները սպասում  են  Երևանից կինոլոգների խմբի ժամանմանը: Նախնական տվյալներով` դիակը տեղափոխվելու է Ռոստով:

Հունիսի 15-ի առավոտյան Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Գյումրիի Մայր Հայաստան հուշարձանի մոտակայքում հայտնաբերվել է երիտասարդի դի: ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում եւս հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ռուս զինծառայող Իվան Նովիկովի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ:
