Մամուլում տարածվել է լուսանկար, որտեղ անտառամերձ տարածքներում արջեր են պատկերված՝ վանդակի մեջ: ՛՛Հայկական ժամանակ՛՛ թերթը գրել է, որ դրանք Տավուշի նորանշանակ մարզպետի առանձնատան տարածքում են: Լուսանկարում պատկերված արջերը, որոնք, իբրև թե, պահվում են Տավուշի մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանի առանձնատանը, իրականում գտնվում են հասարակական վայրում: Նախքան մարզպետ նշանակվելը՝ Աբովյանը կառուցել է եկեղեցի, որից որոշակի հեռավորության վրա կառուցվել է ժամանցային համալիր, որը հասարակությանը ծառայում է անվճար. այսինքն մարդիկ իրենց երեխաների հետ ժամանց կարող են կազմակերպել անտառամերձ այդ վայրում՝ չվճարելով ոչ մի լումա:
Ես չգիտեմ՝ որքանով է օրինական կամ ապօրինի արջեր պահելը, սակայն Հայաստանի բազմաթիվ ժամանցի վայրերում առկա են, այսպես կոչված, մինի-գազանանոցներ, որոնք կառուցվել են կոմերցիոն, այսինքն հաճախորդներ ներգրավելու նպատակով: Այս դեպքում որևէ կոմերցիա չկա. բոլորի մուտքը անվճար է, ավելին, նույն սկզբունքով մարդիկ կարող են կազմակերպել իրենց քեֆ-ուրախությունները և այլ ընտանեկան արարողություններ այդ վայրում: Փողից բթացած մեր շատ չինովնիկների այս փաստը, անշուշտ, շոկի մեջ կարող է գցել:
Եվս մեկ փաստ. Հայաստանում շատ հայտնի գործիչներ կենդանիներ պահելու հակում ունեն, այդ թվում, ասենք, առյուծներ: Հետաքրքիր կլիներ, որ մեր բնապահպանները հետաքրքրվեին նաև այդ մասնավոր տարածքներում ապրող կենդանիների ճակատագրով, չնայած հարկ է նշել, որ այդ արջերն ու առյուծները այսօր առավել բարեկեցիկ կյանքով են ապրում, քան պետական պահպանության տարածքների իրենց բախտակիցները, առավել ևս՝ մեր երկրի բազմաթիվ բնակիչներ: Երբևէ արձագանքներ չհնչեցին այն մասին, թե արդյոք օրինական է առյուծներ, եղջերուներ և այլ կենդանիներ պահելու մեր քաղաքական գործիչների հակումները: Դա նրանից է, որ ոչ ոք կիլոմետրով մոտ չի կարող գնալ նրանց առանձնատներին՝ լուսանկարներ և ֆլիրտներ անելու համար, ավելին, երևի առյուծ-տղերքին այս երկրում ամեն ինչ թույլատրելի է...
Իսկ եթե մարդիկ փոքրիկ գազանանոց են կառուցում հասարակական վայրում՝ ի տես և ի ուրախություն բոլորի՝ կարելի է դա լուսանկարել և ներկայացնել որպես առանձնատուն և այնտեղ պահվող արջեր: Այդ դեպքում Վանո Սիրադեղյանին կարելի էր մեղադրել մի ամբողջ գազանանոց ունենալու մեջ, որովհետև հասարակական գազանանոցը նրա քթի տակ էր՝ առանձնատնից մի քանի մետր վերև...
